離開利物浦的當天早上，很幸運有機會去百年歷史的利物浦教堂聽風琴演奏會！這台風琴是全英國最大的，共有超過一萬個風管與無數種音色，而且利物浦教堂也是全英國最大，世界第二長的教堂。當演奏者的手離開鍵盤的時候，最後一個音還會殘留將近九秒鐘才會安靜。真是一個震撼的經驗！On the morning of departure from Liverpool, I was very fortunate to be able to catch an organ recital at the famous Liverpool Cathedral . The organ is the largest in the UK, boasting over 10,000 pipes with countless tone combinations, located at all different sections of the building. On top of that, the Liverpool Cathedral is also the largest in the UK and 2nd longest in the world, allowing for natural reverb time of up to 9 seconds. Combine the two and you have one of the most amazing surround sonic experiences possible. So glad I was able to make it!
