週五晚,一艘香港船旗的名為CSSC Cape Town好望角型乾散貨船舶這艘貨船滿載煤炭從美國巴爾的摩港出發,運往阿爾赫西拉斯。在進入直布羅陀灣英國直布羅陀領海時,船上發生爆炸。爆炸似乎發生在艏尖艙forecastle的區域。
這艘2020年下水的新船,又是在美國港口裝的貨,為何會莫名其妙地發生了爆炸?爆炸,自有其物理與化學之條件(否則賣炸藥的公司都會倒閉光了),因此不要懷疑,一定是運送的過程中大意,新船上的人員管理還在磨合期,最主要的原因仍在於:”船尚未能上網,一些負責安全的高級船員未能及時上網獲取相關的”物理化學”知識與案例中的經驗,上網不僅僅是與家人朋友聊天,及時獲取每一航次中的”安全資訊”,更是在職教育中的”及時雨”

煤炭特性 NATURE OF COAL:
1. 煤炭易揮發甲烷氣體,該氣體無味,比空氣輕且易燃易爆
Coal may emit Methane Gas which is an odorless, flammable and explosive gas
2. 煤炭易揮發有毒易燃一氧化碳氣体
Coal may produce toxic and flammable Carbon Monoxide gas
3. 煤炭容易自热而導致自燃
Coal may be liable to self-heating which will lead to SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION
4. 煤炭易氧化而導致货艙或者毗鄰艙室缺氧
Coal may be subject to oxidation which will lead to depletion of oxygen gas in cargo holds and adjacent compartments

Some coal may be liable to react with water and produce acids which may cause corrosion to metal structure, and toxic and flammable gas
预防措施 Preventive and Precautionary Measures:
1. 除了指定的吸烟區域, 船上的任何地方不准吸烟
NO SMOKING is allowed on board EXCEPT designated areas
2. 甲板區域禁止明火/热工(电/氣焊)
No naked flames on deck and No Hot Work (electrical / gas wielding) on deck
3. 未经船長许可,禁止開關艙蓋
No cargo hold open / close without master’s permission
4. 除非紧急情况,任何人不得進入货艙
Unless emergency situation, no one is allowed in cargo hold(s)
5. 甲板上禁止敲锈作業
NO Chipping operation on deck
6. 在卸貨港口, 大副應與工頭協調並確保任何人員進入貨艙前,貨艙沒有有毒/易燃易爆氣體
At discharge port, Chief Officer is to coordinate with foreman, and ensure all cargo holds are free of toxic / flammable/explosive gas before any person entering the cargo hold.
本警示應張貼在駕駛台,機艙控制室,船舶辦公室及每個艙蓋的四角。
This warning sign is to be posted in Bridge, ECR, Ship’s Office, All corners of cargo holds.
9) 除非緊急情況, 任何人不得進入裝有煤炭的貨艙。
10) 任何人員進入毗鄰貨艙的艙室時(比如進入BOSUN STORE時),應嚴格遵守密閉空間的要求及防火防爆要求。 2017年,一懸掛馬紹爾旗幟船舶在船員裝運煤炭時打開BOSUN STORE的門時發生爆炸,導致人死亡2人嚴重燒傷的重大事故, 其原因就是第一貨艙的前部下艙道門蓋在BOSUN STORE中,而船員在完貨後沒有關閉該道門蓋導致大量爆炸氣體積聚。具體請參考如下馬紹爾旗通函MSA16/2017
11) 大副應密切觀察貨物的情況,如貨物在航行期間的性狀與貨物申報單所述不同,船長應立即通過船東和/或租家向托運人報告這種差異。
12) 大副應與輪機長密切協調, 確保油艙盡量不加溫,不得不加溫時應不能過高;特別是靠近機艙的雙層底油艙。

這邊也來聊一下這次的感想吧(ㅅ˘ㅂ˘)🏆
相較以前的經驗,這場比賽不管流程上或規則上都是陌生考驗👽
有更多複雜的關卡和難纏的靶位,所以除了開槍射擊以外,更重要的是如何去安排自己的跑位方式和動線 讓自己能夠一氣呵成的從頭打到尾才是重點😈
老實講,對這種複雜路線的比賽如果還想跟鋼靶賽一樣拚速度的話我鐵定被海放,更何況這次不少對手有豐富的IPSC賽場經驗,這是短時間內我無法彌補的差距!
而賽前下了好幾天的大雨,整個場地變成無法正常行走的爛泥堆,我腳步輕快的優勢在這裡當然也完全跟著消失。゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。
所以最後我的策略是-拚準不拚快,穩穩打慢慢打,但每發都得拚Alpha來補成績👊
我很慶幸自己做了這樣的選擇💞💞
最後來總結一下各關卡的心得
Round 1: 這關流程很長而且有個需要推動行李箱才能開啟的隱藏靶,雖然打算順 但一時之間沒搞懂那個連動設計,拉開關時浪費了好幾秒 蠻可惜的
Round 2:全部是橫向移動的靶位,看起來很好打,但實際上擺的非常陰險而且錯綜複雜,一閃神就會MISS,結束後看成績時發現大部分的選手其實都有漏打….很妙
Round 3:我自認打不錯的一關,和平常練槍的模式很接近,所有靶位一目了然 開槍狂轟就對了;說真的在打這場時 我腦內都是John Wick的畫面
Round 4:流程比較複雜的一關,原本打的很順,但打到後面心理默數發數根本不對.鐵定有靶沒打到,回頭一看才找到躲在死角的紙靶,根本鬼遮眼....,當然最後成績也因為這樣被拖累了不少,我的MEGA和身上的裝備也在這關結束時噴了一堆泥水上去
Round 5:關卡設計和早上的Round2很像,但靶位之間的遠近高低落差兇猛許多,要上匣時還發現出氣口卡了一大塊泥,當下決定賭運氣不換匣尻掉泥巴直接上陣.說真的這場能順順打,全靠芭董MEGA的妥善率而已..…
Round 6:這關我也自認打的不錯,又是個和平時練槍靶位類似的關卡;沿路開槍轟到底就結束了
Record of TSMOC AR Open Class 🎉🎉
I won the third place during the rainy and humid days last week. And now, I’m going to talk about my experience about TSMOC AR Open Class.
Compared to the experience before, the process and rules in this contest is a new challenge for me. There are more and more complicated stages and Targets in the contest. How to arrange move pattern and moving lines are more important than shooting💖
In this case, if I still want as soon as possible just like 5.11 Steel Challenge, I must be ignored. What’s more, this contest has many other shooter has abundant experience about IPSC. I can’t keep up with them in such short time. Moreover, it rains for days before the contest, the space become muddy so that my superiority” light footsteps” become useless. 。゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。
Finally, my strategy is
1.Accuracy replaced speed.
2.Be stable and slowly but every shoot should get two Alpha to make up the grade.
I’m glad that I made this decision. 💞💞
The followings are six conclusions about each stage:
*Round1: This stage has long process and a hidden target which needs to shove off the trunk to open. Although I was get on smoothly in the beginning, but I can’t understand the gearing design at that time. So I waste several seconds to open the switch. What a pity!
*Round2: All targets moved horizontally. It seems easy to get, but actually its array is very complicated and intricate. Once you distracted, you will miss. Most of the shooters find them missed after the stage when watching their grades afterward.
*Round3: This stage is similar to my practice mode at usual. Every target is clear, so I just have to shooting frantically. John Wick’s scene pop up to my head when I run this stage. lol
*Round4: This stage is more complicated than other stage. I played well at first, but I found that the amount of the ammo are not correspond with what I count afterward. I looked back, and I found the target is at the neglected area. I waste a lot of time for this, my body and my arms is all covered with mud in this stage.
*Round5: This stage is similar to Round2, but the height and the distance between the targets is difficult to shoot. Furthermore, I found a mud block stock on the exhaust port when I was loading the magazine. I didn’t change the magazine, I just scratched off the mud block then go into the stage. I have faith in my MEGA
To tell the truth, it depends on the proper rate of A+ system to run this stage smoothly.
*Roind6: This stage is similar to my practice mode at usual. I think I play well in this stage.

The King of Fighters '95 is a fighting game produced by SNK for the Neo Geo arcade and home consoles in 1995. It is the sequel to The King of Fighters '94 and the second game in The King of Fighters series. The game also introduces a sub-boss character, Saisyu Kusanagi, who is the father of Kyo. KOF '95 also introduces the fighter Iori Yagami, who becomes Kyo's rival in the series.
One of the main focuses in the creation of The King of Fighters '95 was the introduction of the Rivals Team, most notably Iori, who became one of the favorite characters from the staff. The game has received mixed reviews from various video games publications. Most writers have complained about the response from controls and long loading times from the PlayStation port. However, the introduction from the enhanced version of Rugal, Omega Rugal, as well as the differences between all the characters have been noted to be one of the best parts from the game.

With Fatal Frame being an upcoming eShop-exclusive, digital-only title, it might be the perfect time for many people to purchase an external hard-drive for their Wii Us. Why should you purchase an external hard-drive for Wii U? Here are some pros and cons for you to consider.
Pros of going all-digital:
Number 1: faster loading-times. I have both a physical and digital copy of ZombiU, so I decided to test the initial loading-time from selection, on the Wii U menu, to when your playable-character readies his or her cricket-bat in the Safe House. I have sped up the video for your viewing convenience, but the physical copy took 1 minute and 43.14 seconds, while the digital copy took 1 minute and 28.72 seconds, a difference of about 15 seconds.
Number 2: It is much quieter. The optical disc-drive of the Wii U makes loud, clicking-sounds when it is rapidly accessing data, and even when it is not clicking, the idle spinning-sound of the optical-drive is much louder than an external hard-drive.
Number 3: Going all-digital makes it much quicker and easier to access to multiple games. You don't have to eject and insert discs, and wait for it to show up on the Wii U menu.
Number 4: You can redownload games if your hard-drive fails, whereas you cannot get a replacement disc if your disc gets lost or scratched beyond repair.
Number 5: A hard-drive is less likely to fail than an optical drive. Although they both feature moving parts, the hard-drive is enclosed, while the optical drive is more exposed to dust and moisture.

Cons of going all-digital:
Number 1: There is a one-time extra cost.
Number 2: It increases clutter around the console itself.
Number 3: The hard-drive will takes up at least one USB port.
Number 4: This is probably the deal-breaker for most people, but of course you don't get a physical box with art on it, and you can't put it on your shelf for display.
If you have decided to go all-digital on Wii U, you have a few options:
1. Buy an external hard-drive that comes with its own power-supply.
2. You can still use an external hard-drive, even if it didn't come with its own power-supply by using a Y-cable that plugs into two USB ports on your Wii U, OR, you can use a powered USB hub.
3. You can use an internal hard-drive by putting it into an external enclosure or docking station. Make sure those options are powered as well.
