Bởi đề thi IELTS Writing có tính lặp lại cao, năm trước ra rồi, năm sau vẫn có thể ra lại, năm sau nữa có thể lại tiếp tục ra tiếp, vậy nên cô Loan muốn share với các bạn các đề thi thật của các năm trước.

Với mỗi đề mình đều bắt đầu bằng việc dịch đề và phân tích đề. Sau đó hướng dẫn các bạn cách paraphrase và lên outline chi tiết.

Các bạn lưu ý, luôn luôn phải lên outline trước khi bắt tay vào viết bài đó nhé!

Hôm nay chúng mình cùng làm một đề Writing Task 2, dạng Discussion nhé:

ĐỀ BÀI
Many people say that universities should only offer young students with the highest marks, others say they should accept people of all ages, even if they did not do well.
Discuss both views and give your opinions.

- Dịch câu hỏi: Nhiều người nghĩ rằng các trường đại học chỉ nên chọn những học sinh trẻ có điểm số cao, nhưng một số người khác lại cho rằng các trường Đại học nên chấp nhận học sinh ở mọi lứa tuổi cho dù là họ không có kết quả học tập tốt. Thảo luận 2 ý kiến này và đưa ra quan điểm cá nhân của mình.

- Dạng câu hỏi: Discussion with opinion. Câu hỏi đưa ra hai ý kiến trái ngược nhau về việc chỉ nên chấp nhận những học sinh xuất sắc ở độ tuổi trẻ, hãy cho phép tất cả học sinh ở mọi lứa tuổi học Đại học.
Nhiệm vụ của người viết như sau:
• Giải thích cả 2 ý kiến. Vì sao một số người lại nghĩ rằng chỉ nên chấp nhận những học sinh xuất sắc ở độ tuổi trẻ (đưa ra lợi ích), và tại sao những người khác lại cho rằng nên cho phép tất cả học sinh ở mọi lứa tuổi học Đại học (đưa ra lợi ích).
• Đưa ra quan điểm cá nhân đồng ý với ý kiến 1 hay

CẤU TRÚC BÀI VIẾT
Introduction: chỉ nên viết 2 câu trong phần mở bài
• Giới thiệu topic bằng cách paraphrase lại câu hỏi

• Many people say that = Many people think that = It is commonly believed that…
• University = University education = Tertiary education = Higher education
• Student with highest marks = Students with good grades = A good academic result = Top students = High-ranking students = High-potential individuals
• Accept SB = Make accessible to ST/SB = Be opened up for SB
• People with all ages = Everyone regardless of their age
• Not do well = Not perform well = Regardless of learning capacity = Poor academic results
• Giới thiệu 2 ý kiến và đưa ra quan điểm cá nhân của mình
Question: Discuss both views and give your opinions
Answer: While many people think that + đưa ra ý kiến 1, I am more convinced that + đưa ra ý kiến 2 cũng là quan điểm cá nhân của mình
Body 1:
• Topic Sentence: Paraphrase lại ý kiến 1
• Supporting Idea 1: Kết quả học tập tốt (A good academic result) → phản ánh khả năng của học sinh và quyết định liệu rằng họ có phù hợp với môi trường học ở Đại học không → Nếu học sinh không có đủ kiến thức (not to acquire sufficient knowledge) khi học cấp 3, họ có thể không phù hợp với chương trình học Đại học
• Supporting Idea 2: Tập trung vào những học sinh giỏi ở độ tuổi trẻ (high – ranking students at a young age) → Chính phủ có thể tập trung nguồn ngân sách vào việc phát triển những người có chất lượng cao (high quality personnel) bằng cách cải thiện môi trường học tập tốt hơn (a more favorable learning environment) với chất lượng giáo dục cải thiện (improved education quality), năng lực nghiên cứu tốt hơn (better research capacity), và trang thiết bị tốt hơn (better facilities)

Body 2:
• Topic Sentence: Paraphrase lại ý kiến 2 và nói quan điểm cá nhân của mình là ủng hộ quan điểm này
• Supporting Idea 1: Giáo dục là yếu tố then chốt đằng sau sự thay đổi về thu nhập (income mobility) và sự thay đổi về xã hội (social mobility) → nên được cung cấp cho tất cả mọi người
• Supporting Idea 2: Học sinh cấp 3 phải học rất nhiều môn → Một vài môn có kết quả thấp (poor academic result), nhưng một vài môn khác lại có điểm rất cao (extraordinarily high)→ Học sinh nên được cho phép phát huy những thế mạnh (take advantage of strengths) để tham gia vào các khóa học chuyên sâu ở trường Đại học

Conclusion: Tổng kết và trả lời lại câu hỏi, paraphrase lại câu số 2 trong phần introduction

Burger Time. We try to help at the bistro every weekend. It is not an easy start-up, it is a huge loan. There has been challenges one after another for the past 5yrs. The most beautiful child of the AWARD.. and it's just a LOAN.

Child of the life of husband and wife. Children are the bearer of sustenance. The children are also the trust that we need to take care of. Don't forget, children are Allah's loan that Allah can take it back anytime.

Have you ever crossed our heart, complained.. complain & felt squeezed with child's presence?

Tbh EVER, as a human being we can't run away with the feeling of complaining, tiredness, not enough rest when we have children. Although we don't borne that feeling through conversation, but sometimes in the heart we know.

9 months1ohari is not a short journey. Various challenges and tests that pregnant mothers have passed. When the child is born, his behavior is different. We need to spend time taking care of her right from A-Z, awake at night, breastfeeding, babysitting & others.

Sometimes when we're tired, the feeling of anger comes up.. starting to feel that this child is a burden. Start complaining and fighting for husband and wife because couples are not working together. The kids were only able to see, smile & sleep, because they didn't understand anything. Remember, child is a loan..

Review and remember before the child is born.. we are the most excited to wait for child birth. Everyday without getting tired of talking to the child in the content. But why is it that when we are in front of our eyes, we often get mad at him because he messed up us and likes to put things on. While this little kid just wants attention.

Many couples of husband and wife, who spend thousands of ringgit working hard, try to get children. While those who have children, ignored, left and more unfortunately abused. When you have a child, you just want to sit down, your child is crying and wants attention. When I'm about to eat, my child comes to spill water. When we are resting, the child comes to play rolling on us. Remember this is a test, accept it as it is.

Every month, once kept the desire to save, save money, Allah tests, child fever @ sickness, never count or complain when there are many misfortune, believe that Allah will replace it with sustenance that we will not expect. We just need to be patient and love our children well.

Aren't we grateful, when we are given a child who has enough nature, healthy, beautiful looks & doesn't have any disease. There are people who are tested, children born not enough nature, autism, cleft, have complications of heartache, depend on life with machine and more saddening years waiting for children, but the birth is only 10 days.

Think and look at the child's face when he sleeps, this time is the best time we see the face of the child. Exposed to the face of sympathy in the child's face. When thinking about what we have been complaining and not grateful for this enjoyment, our feelings automatically become sad, and tears will fall down the cheeks.

Imagine, today is the last time you see a child, hug and kiss her alive. I don't know tomorrow the day after tomorrow we don't know what will happen, use this opportunity to make them happy.

What's your child's name? Call her now, sit in front of her, hold her cheeks with both your palm.. kiss her and say 'I LOVE YOU MAMA PAPA'.
