(中文版請按"更多See More")The teams are now arriving at the Korea International Circuit and are preparing the pit garages/cars our final two rounds of 2016. We have a field of 20 cars who will be driving at the longest race track in Asia with 18 turns to challenge Man/Woman and machine.
The action starts on Friday morning with a 9am drivers briefing quickly followed with Free Practice 1 with FP2 in the afternoon. Saturday morning sees the final qualifying of 2016 with a late afternoon race.
Our final race of the season is Sunday morning with our end of season podium session at noon.

一騎絕塵! 鄭安迪AFR馬來西亞站繼續連莊
亞洲雷諾方程式系列賽第3、4回合報導
2015年亞洲雷諾方程式系列賽(AFR Series)經過了3月份在珠海國際賽車場的首場賽事後,緊接著移師到馬來西亞雪邦國際賽車場舉行,在首場賽事贏得開幕二連勝的鄭安迪(Andy Zheng)與KRC車隊繼續攜手出征本場賽事。雪邦國際賽車場全長5.54公里,其中包含了高、低速彎與直線加速道的組合,加上當地濕熱多變的氣候,對於車手及車隊都是項相當程度的考驗,鄭安迪也是首次在雪邦賽道進行比賽。
因應比賽物資抵達時間,車隊及車手只能在賽前的極短時間內收集數據與熟悉賽道,所幸天公作美並未下雨,而鄭安迪也把握機會收集賽道資訊及做出車隊所設定的預期單圈時間。鄭安迪本場賽事狀態相當不錯,在周五以舊胎進行官方練習時已領先同場B組換上新胎的其他車手;排位賽換上比賽用新胎的Andy更是進一步的拉開與同組第二位的差距達近3秒之多,並刷新了去年的最快單圈紀錄。
下午的第一回合決賽中Andy以第七位置出發,並在起跑後不久開始對前方A組車手發動攻勢,但此時雪邦上空已開始飄下陣陣細雨,使得部分賽道的路面開始濕滑,超車也變得不易。在長達10圈的纏鬥後,鄭安迪超越一台A組賽車上升到總排名第六位,並以B組第一的優勢拿下馬來西亞站首回合的冠軍。周日的第二回合賽事鄭安迪換上第二套的全新胎,再度以巨大的領先優勢奪得B組冠軍,並以總排名第五位完賽。賽後鄭安迪表示:本場是我首次在馬來西亞比賽,賽前並沒有太多的時間進行練習,賽道特性對車手和車子都會造成不小的負擔,在賽事後半段更由於賽車工作溫度持續升高,使得車輛更難以操控,但還是順利的幫自己及車隊帶回二座冠軍,我感到相當開心!
KRC總監康家源表示:在去年的馬來西亞站我們遇到了許多問題,但我們榮獲全場第四的佳績;今年我們與鄭安迪在此漂亮的贏得兩場勝利,這是KRC應有的成績,下一場我們將移師回珠海,KRC的新車即將亮相,期望能再奪佳績,也感謝所有合作夥伴與贊助商的大力支持。
亞洲雷諾方程式的下場賽事將在6月19-21日回到珠海進行第5、6回合的賽事。

Andy Zheng!! Another Perfect Weekend
2015 Asia Formula Renault Series once again moved out to the tropical weather Malaysia is for 3rd and 4th round of the championship. After winning both round 1 and 2, Andy Zheng and KRC have developed great working rhythm and targeting another winning weekend. Sepang International Racetrack consists both technical low speed and breath-taking high speed corners, with one of the longest straight line on the calender and the continuously changing weather condition, it's proven to be a great challenge to both team and drivers. This was also Andy's first visiting at this tough venue.
Due to the arrivals of supply shippment, teams and drivers had very limited time to gather data and familiar with the track. However, with the help of weather, Andy were able to put in some great dry laps, with used tires, Andy was able to match others running on new sets. At qualifying, with a new set of rubbers, Andy further up the gap from the rest of Class B, a massive of 3 seconds gap between his pole lap and the rest of the field. Andy also broke the fastest lap record from last season at Sepang.
Andy started the first round at P7, soon after starting, Andy started attacking the Class A drivers at front, while the typical Sepang weather developes, clouds started to gather above the track and eventually water drops came down. Overtaking became diffucalt, after 10 laps of dog-fight, Andy overtook one car and finished P6 total and grabbed his first win at Sepang in Class B. On Sunday, Andy started 2nd round of the race with fresh set of tires, with the advantages on new set, Andy was able to manage the pace and finsh the weekend with a second win.
After the second round of the weekend, Andy Zheng: " This is my first time racing at Sepang, I didn't have much time prior to the weekend to practice, the track is very demanding on both driver and the car, at second half of the race, the high heat had slighly affected car's performance, it was quite a challenge to manage the pace and keep it on the track the same time but after all we were still able to finsh the race at front which was a great relieve.
KRC tem principle, Mars Kang: "Last year we ran into many problems here at Sepang but we were still able to get 4th over all; Andy drove beautifully this weekend, we were able to score two more torphies. This was our aim for the weekend as well. Next round, we will be back at our home turf, Zhuhai, KRC will also debut our new car, we hope with the new machine, we can continue our winning strikes. We appreciate our sponsors and partners to believe in us and the massive support they give us."
Round 5 and 6 of Asia Formula Renault Series will take place at Zhuhai International Raceway at June 19th-21st.
