- 炸子雞蓮藕片 Fried Chicken with Lotus Chips (Half Chicken HKD $288). Always so good here. The way they make this recipe has less 上皮 marinade, which I appreciate because it gives a more natural type of Crispiness to the skin & not via treatment procedure, which here needs higher skill levels with dedication to pull it off daily, and also keeps the chicken flavor integrity too 🐔
