舒緩孕吐法寶💝
今次懷孕初期時的妊娠反應超級強烈🤢頭暈、嘔吐、胃酸倒流、冇胃口,辛苦到一個點係會食完又嘔、嘔完又食食完再嘔、嘔完再食食完又再嘔然後嘔到放棄再食 唯有餓住訓了😭每次吃完東西都超頭暈,基本上都是躺在床上天旋地轉的捱過來的😷而且因為胃酸倒流,所以正確來說都是半坐著的在床上睡覺💤
在超無奈加絕望的時候我也要想盡辦法的自救一下,縱然妊娠反應是因為懷孕而來,除了祈求孕吐期快點過渡,也要做一些事情讓自己在這段黑暗時期比較好過一點點🙈
以下是的我法寶💝跟同樣有孕吐的媽媽們分享一下,希望能同樣地舒緩一下大家的不適症狀🤗媽媽們加油喔!💪
1️⃣ Preggie pop drops
酸酸的水果味舒緩孕吐糖
2️⃣ Sea Band 止暈手帶
可舒緩morning sickness、頭暈同噁心
3️⃣ Vitamin B complex
當時孕吐不適 醫生都會開維他命B6給我吃 可以幫助舒緩孕吐
4️⃣ Pure Magnesium Oil
研究指出鎂可以舒緩孕吐 而純鎂油可以直接由皮膚吸收
後期也可舒緩抽筋

5️⃣ 炒米茶
由於沒有胃口、頭暈加有胃脹氣 所以用炒米加果皮加紅棗煲了炒米茶當水喝 (如燥熱媽媽可以不放紅棗)
