Hehehe.. it’s been a while since I last made Begedil. It’s an Indonesian fried patties made of potatoes. It was first introduced to me when I was working in Singapore. Begedil is almost available everywhere as long as it’s a Malay Food stall. Today, inspired by Michelle Teh, I decided to make this simple but tasty dish for dinner. So come join us in this fun cooking journey with Mr. Potato. Recipes and steps are in the pictures. Enjoy!
