Hello y'all!!
@the_positive_movement, @jadeseah & I will be conducting a series of free wellness dates on Zoom, to assist everyone through this challenging period. Every session will be based on a different topic.
For a start, this week we will have a session on Thursday afternoon for BYOL date and then Saturday night for PJ party. So cute right (i came up with this silly theme party idea), but i think we all need that little bit of fun whenever we can especially now!
So, on Thursday please BYO(Lunch) and let's chat about Anxiety. Don't worry, we will not make you lose your appetite! Lol
Just when you think you know what anxiety is. And then CB happens and shows you that the anxiety you know exist but so does 1000 other types.
I've been having bad insomnia and i dont even feel anxious. Or do i?
Well, i dont need to guess anymore. Because i have Claire from @the_positive_movements to tell us more about it on Thursday! She will also teach us some Positive Psychology exercises to help manage the anxiety. Frankly, it's one of those sessions that will really benefit me!

美國電信公司發表了新的無密碼登入系統 ZenKey
「輸入密碼很困難嗎？」
對於常常忘記密碼的我來說，真的不太容易。
各大手機廠商正在殺掉密碼 - Apple用手機登入配合指紋登入、Google和Microsoft也有各自的模式。
而現在有個新的進入者想加入挑戰 - 「電信公司」
密碼是為了確認使用者的真實身份，而電信公司可以得到你的手機、你的位置（GPS）、你的電話號碼和你的帳單地址
相信這足夠代表一個人了吧。
美國電信公司AT＆T，Sprint，T-Mobile US和Verizon Wireless基於這些開發了「Zenkey」
將來只要有Sim卡，就可以進行登入了
目前尚不知其效果如何，若是能夠達到網絡效應，也許台灣的電信公司也有機會導入。
（文末提到了電信公司在資安上也有銷售數據的疑慮，未來如果流行起來，應該要面對跟Facebook一樣嚴謹的風控吧。）
