材料:
調味料:辣椒粉 1 tbsp,生抽 1 tbsp,梅汁 1 tbsp,糖漿 1 tbsp,辣椒醬 4 tbsp
牛肉片 100g,魚板 1撮,椰菜 1撮,蔥 1撮,水 1L,年糕 4,即食麵 1,春卷 1,餃子 1,熟蛋 1/2
炒飯:飯,芽菜,紫菜
做法:
1. 將辣椒粉,生抽,梅汁,糖漿,辣椒醬拌勻
2. 在鍋炒牛肉片,加入調味料,炒勻
3. 加入魚板,椰菜,蔥,水,煮滾後加入年糕
4. 年糕快熟時,加入即食麵,春卷,餃子,熟蛋
5. 享用後,如剩下少量醬汁和食材,可加入飯,芽菜,紫菜做炒飯

3 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp Sugar Syrup, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Plum Extract, Green Onion, Cabbage, Long Tteok, Fish Cake, Thin Brisket
※ Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine 1 Tbsp red pepper powder, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp plum extract, 1 Tbsp sugar syrup, 4 Tbsp red pepper paste and make sauce.
2. Cook 100g thin beff brisket in a pot and add sauce, 1L water. Add 1 handful sliced fish cake, 1 handful cabbage, 1 handful green onion, 30cm long rice cake.
3. When rice cake is cooked enough add ramen noodle, yaki mandu, fried seaweed spring roll, and boiled egg.
4. Stir fry ready-to-eat rice, blanched spring sprout, seasoned seaweed paper powder in a left over tteok bokki sauce and sprinkle cheese.

I know not all of you have a steamer, and I know you want the easiest recipe, so here you go ;)
This Nikuman is absolutely delicious with fluffy buns and crunchy bottoms!!!

Super Easy Nikuman (Steamed Pork Buns) using a frying pan
Difficulty: Super Easy
Time: 40min
Number of servings: 8
Ingredients:
A
* 200g (7oz.) cake flour *I think all purpose flour is OK
* 1 tbsp. baking powder
* 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
B
* 100ml milk *water is OK
* 1 tbsp. sesame oil
C
* 100g (3.5oz.) ground pork
* 4inch (10cm) chopped long onion
* 1 tbsp. sake
* 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
* 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
* 1/2 tsp. sugar
* 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
* 4 chopped Chinese chives
* salt and pepper
cooking oil
sesame oil
soy sauce
Karashi (Japanese mustard) if you like
Directions:
1. Sift A in a bowl. Add B and use your hand to knead together until formed. Then form the dough into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Leave to set for 20 minutes.
2. In a different bowl, mix C by hand (hand is better but using a spoon is okay) until all ingredients are combined and smooth. Then divide into 8.
3. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces using a bench scraper or a knife. Flatten out the dough with a rolling pin. Place the filling, pull and pinch the dough to seal like making a dumpling. (You can put water along the edge of the dough if it is too dry to seal.)
4. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Place the buns, then cook on medium for 1 minute. Add 180ml water, cover and steam the buns on med-low for 8~9 minutes until cooked.
5. Uncover, add a dash of sesame oil, and cook on high heat until the water is gone and crisp.
