紐西蘭葡萄酒係新世界葡萄酒入面，屬於優雅的類別，Sauvignon Blanc白酒及Pinot Noir紅酒尤其出眾。好高興與紐西蘭Marlborough區 嘅Churton精品酒莊莊主Sam Weaver 會面，並試咗6款紅、白及甜酒，全部都係生物動力葡萄酒。佢嘅Sauvignon Blanc不是充滿青椒及青果那種，優雅而帶白花、礦物及青蘋果香，配生蠔真的不錯。而Pinot Noir亦十分優雅有層次。約$200-$500有交易，喜歡輕身葡萄酒的朋友可以考慮！🥂🍷
New Zealand wines are more elegant ones in New World wines. Their Sauvignon Blanc white wine & Pinot Noir Red wine are quite outstanding. Very happy to meet with Mr. Sam Weaver, the boutique winery owner of Churton, Marlborough, and tried 6 wines from white, red to sweet. They r all biodynamic wines. I like the Sauvignon Blanc wine, which is unlike the green bell pepper & green fruit style, it’s elegant with white flower, mineral & green apple notes, which matches well with oysters. Their Pinot Noir is also elegant and complex. They r just priced from $200-500. If u like light & elegant wines, u can consider them! 🥂🍷
