Attended Martell Cordon Bleu Extra new Launch and meet with Martell's Heritage Director Jacques Menier in person. Thanks Pernod Ricard CEO Frantz for introducing him to us. Jacques explained about the newly launched Extra and how its style is different from others. It also paired with renowned Chinese restaurant Dynasty in designing a special pairing menu! It's an intriguing experience! I like Extra's long finish with old wood note, black currant, cocoa, white flowers & orange peel. It's elegant and complex. It's like a sophisticated gentlemen to me!
