參加咗新推出Martell Cordon Bleu Extra發佈活動，同Martell 嘅Heritage Director Jacques Menier會面，並由Pernod Ricard CEO Frantz 介紹他出場，為我地講解新推出嘅Extra同其他Martell嘅不同風格，再聯乘知名粵菜滿福樓做咗個pairing menu, 好獨特嘅體驗。我喜歡Extra特別悠長嘅餘韻，帶舊橡木、黑加倫子、可可、白花、橙皮等味，非常優雅而有層次，好似有內涵嘅紳士。
Attended Martell Cordon Bleu Extra new Launch and meet with Martell's Heritage Director Jacques Menier in person. Thanks Pernod Ricard CEO Frantz for introducing him to us. Jacques explained about the newly launched Extra and how its style is different from others. It also paired with renowned Chinese restaurant Dynasty in designing a special pairing menu! It's an intriguing experience! I like Extra's long finish with old wood note, black currant, cocoa, white flowers & orange peel. It's elegant and complex. It's like a sophisticated gentlemen to me!
