印度與日本的咖哩都是世界聞名的,日本咖哩口感柔和濃郁滑順,味道偏甜,而印度為世界香料大國,咖哩當然也是由許多辛香料組合而成,這次來到台電大樓附近的Masala House 香料館,鄰近師範大學與台灣大學,相對的也是學生喜愛的餐廳之一😋!

店內的裝潢擺設很有印度風,空間寬敞、乾淨舒適,不論是兩人或多人聚餐都非常適合!平日中午提供商業午餐,可以選擇附烤餅或是白飯,餐點選擇和份量會比一般時段少,但整體來說仍是相當划算,也可以用20元加購飲料!

雞肉咖哩 130元
咖哩色澤是深紅色,香料味很濃郁,辛辣度恰到好處,是個口感豐富又有層次的香料咖哩,雞肉軟嫩、份量足夠。隨餐附的烤餅外酥、咬起來帶有嚼勁和淡淡的麵粉香,且完全不油膩,沾著醬吃相當過癮!

#HappyDiwali to all our friends in India! If you caught our live stream last night, you saw the Taipei Guest House looking particularly colorful and bore witness to friendships blossoming over milk tea once more.
MOFA minister Joseph Wu dusted off his Nehru jacket for the event, which was jointly organized by the 台北印度音樂文化中心 Taipei India Music & Culture org and Indians in Taiwan 在台印度社團 IiT. VIPs offered flowers for the gods as part of the opening ceremony.
Minister Wu said that ties between our two countries are continuing to deepen and welcomed Indians to make their home in Taiwan, as well asking guests to tuck in to President Tsai Ing-wen's favorite dish, Chana Masala!

我是一个无肉不欢的人可是吃肉多了吃点素食?也是很好的,最近也蛮长吃素的。现在的素食?真的越来越好吃了,而且吃素也很健康啊!
Xiang Yun Vegetarian Hut 香云素食坊?是我在很多年前吃过最好吃的素食馆,现在的香云还可以喝咖☕啡哦!真的很时尚。 这里的拉花咖啡有很多选择哦!而且还是第一次让我尝试无牛奶的拿铁,在香云可以选择豆奶拿铁哦!是不是很特别?其实味道也不错哦!这无疑是给素食着多一份选择。
☕香料奶茶 CHAI MASALA LATTE 是一杯很特别的饮料哦!黄姜可以活血通气所以喝了很容易睡觉哦!这杯是我岳母大推的饮料因为她说喝了连续好睡几晚。
这里的主食采用非基因改造天然黄豆所以吃得更健康。对于不常吃素食的朋友来这里用餐一定不会发掘到不一样,因为这里的味道和口感都跟肉类一样。

❤素菇茶饭,浓郁的药材味配上甜甜的汤头和各式各样的蘑菇?真的很下饭。
❤招牌椰浆饭,既然有香菇制成的江鱼仔和味道超级好吃的三拜。

This video will show you how to make Japanese Style Chicken Tikka Masala. Chicken Tikka Masala is the most popular dish in British restaurants.

Chicken Tikka Masala (Butter Chicken Curry)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 35min
Number of servings: 4
Calories per serving: 287Kcal
Ingredients:
2 pieces = 31.7g (1.1oz.) House Kokumaro Curry Sauce Mix (Med Hot) *we call it "curry roux". you can choose either med hot or hot.
200g (7oz.) chicken breast
1/2 medium (100g=3.5oz.) onion
190ml salted tomato juice
100ml fresh cream
200ml water
20g (0.7oz.) butter
1 tsp. soy sauce
80g (2.8oz.) sweetened yogurt
2 tbsp. ketchup
4 servings cooked rice
Directions:
1. Slice the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season with sweetened yogurt and ketchup. Slice the onion.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the onions on medium until soft and lightly browned.
3. Add the seasoned chicken breast and simmer on medium, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. When the chicken starts to change color, add salted tomato juice and water, then simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat, break up the curry roux into the pot, and mix well until completely melted. *make sure you stop the heat when you add the curry roux, otherwise it won't blend well.
5. Then put on the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes.
6. Add fresh cream and soy sauce, and let boil for a few seconds.
7. Serve curry on a hot bed of rice and sprinkle with some parsley flakes if desired. You can serve with naan bread of course!
*curry and rice is best eaten on the day it's made but if you have any leftover, store it in the fridge and finish it on the next day, but it is not recommended.
*if you have leftover curry roux, wrap in a plastic wrap and store it in the fridge and use within a week.
