🎄聖誕節快到囉!
前陣子好想吃抹茶提拉米蘇,想念日本抹茶配馬斯卡彭起司奶油餡,香濃滑順帶著抹茶香氣,除了偷懶用市售拇指餅乾有點甜外,這杯我給95分!(勤勞一點也可以自己製作手指餅乾唷!)
製作過程和材料很簡單,家裡沒有電動打蛋器用手打也沒問題,唯一要注意的是鮮奶油打發的溫度,室溫過高可以在鮮奶油盆底下墊冰塊水或是放冰箱冷卻後在攪拌,也可以事先拌好馬斯卡彭起司鮮奶油餡,放冰箱冷藏,隔天搭配聖誕大餐,組裝只需5分鐘,非常方便唷🤤

📒 抹茶提拉米蘇 (約250-300ml 3杯)
📹製作影片第四張
材料:
Mascarpone cheese 250克(馬斯卡彭起司)
手指餅乾 6根
鮮奶油 180ml
糖 40克
抹茶粉 9克 (這次使用的抹茶粉圖片在後面有)
溫熱水 90ml

作法:
1.溫熱水倒入抹茶粉拌勻放涼、手指餅乾對半切備用。
2.糖和馬斯卡彭起司拌勻至滑順無糖顆粒備用。
3.鮮奶油使用打蛋器打8-9分發和馬斯卡彭起司拌勻,放入擠花袋或三明治袋備用。
4. 拇指餅乾雙面各沾抹茶水約10秒備用。
5.準備透明杯,底部擠入起司鮮奶油餡,表面灑抹茶粉,放上拇指餅乾再擠一層起司鮮奶油餡,灑抹茶粉,接著放拇指餅乾,最後上層擠起司奶油餡稍微抹平(不抹平也可以),灑上抹茶粉和喜歡的裝飾,完成。
🔔小提醒:
1.如果室內溫度較高,打發鮮奶油需要在底部墊一盆冰塊水,比較不容易油水分離唷!
鮮奶油如果呈現小朵小朵雲狀(油水分離)就沒辦法挽救了!🙈
2.鮮奶油打發至8-9分即可,拿起打蛋器鮮奶油呈現鳥嘴彎彎狀。

新蒲崗最出名就係多工廈,但估唔到最近發現有間新開,裝潢以乾花同植物做主題嘅Cafe,就好似係工廈中嘅一片綠洲🌿 食物同飲品嘅種類都算多,無論你想食啲比較輕量,又或者想填飽個肚都冇問題🤣 但依到嘅咖啡就一定唔到錯過喇,款式夠特別,點都飲返杯先好走

慢煮青醬雞胸沙律($62) 本以為青醬係用嚟做sauce,原來係醃料。清新得嚟雞胸嘅味道又唔會變得單調😌 雞胸嘅質感幾軟淋,而且唔會鞋口,最緊要係卡路里低,蛋白質高😍 加埋melon fig jam,甜甜哋果味幾重,咁樣嘅配搭幾有新意

Coti Breakfast ($65) 幾豐富而且幾有心思嘅一份早餐。🍔之前講過整一份All day breakfast 其實好容易,款式都大同小異,所以如果餐廳花少少心機落去都好易睇得出😛 依份早餐就用酸母麵包代替普通嘅多士,食落微酸,麥香更重。雞扒煎得外金黃香脆,而且保留到肉汁,肉質嫩滑~ 炒蛋就一般,可以滑身啲。最後食口香甜嘅蜜瓜,大大減低油膩感

提拉米蘇咖啡($48) 先唔講味道,賣相都有幾分似tiramisu ,打下卡都抵🤩 面層灑上可可粉,下面就係mascarpone cheese cream,質地幾厚身,帶微甜,又唔會太heavy。連埋偏酸少少嘅凍咖啡一齊飲,非常容易入口,仲多左陣奶香~☕️

奶醬啡($48) 掛邊朱古力,加上少少花生粒,咖啡杯都變做雪糕cone🤣 咖啡飲落幾重花生味,依杯就偏甜少少,但就幾得意,有港式味道~

Fruit Open Sandwiches
Difficulty: Super Easy
Time: 5min
Number of servings: N/A
Ingredients:
bagel (or bread of your choice)
smooth cottage cheese (mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, whipped cream, or any spread you like is perfect)
any colorful sliced fruits of your choice (kiwi, banana, blueberries, strawberries, and orange)
Directions:
1. Cut bagel in half (or just slice your favorite bread). Toast until lightly golden if you like.
2. Evenly spread cottage cheese.
3. Nicely place the sliced fruits then trim off the excess using a sharp knife.
