Bake this sweet potatoes mont blanc sesame cake for my family gathering yesterday. It is a birthday cake for my uncle who is diabetic patient so I’ve remove a layer of cream between the cake and sweet potatoes Mont Blanc which initially in it in order to reduce the sweetness of the overall. Cake base made from soy milk and black sesame chiffon to enhance the aroma and taste. Got this Mont Blanc inspiration from my previous trip to Japan where i saw Japanese made matcha Mont Blanc tart and it looks so beautiful! So this is how this creation appear. Do you like it?
