But Here are some tips to take care of my mind and my body after gave a birth.
So I would like to share
1. Do some exercised during pregnancy
Then after gave birth I try to do many work on abdominal by use some pilates move merge with dancing everyday around minimum 30 minutes
2. Eating healthy meal but always eat 3 -4 meals like 4 hours one little meal. Don’t get yourself hungry cause u will too much .
3. Be positive thinking this is really most important thing in our life. Cause when your mind is relaxing no stress u body will balance hormone well so you will not easy get sick.
4. Spend quality time with my kids . Play some game . Do some sport or Read some books together. Let them have freedom to think and find some answer that they would like to know.
5. Sleep 7-8 hours per night. Your Brain can work completely great only when u sleep not less than 7 hours .
