It’s MONDAY tomorrow and famously known, Monday blues are a hangover of the weekend affliction. It is the state of mind, where you are not happy with the time you spent, or maybe you desire an extension. Here are some of the tips to change your Monday blues to Monday motivation :
1. Wear something you love: Go on and wear those outfits you truly adore. It can be a dress, an old pair of jeans; anything that brings happiness to you. Wear your makeup, go out, and add your awesomeness to the world.
2. Get ready in advance - Prepare your outfit/bag ready for tomorrow. Adding the preparation factor surprisingly can add positiveness as you welcome Monday.
3. Indulgence: Take a good bubble bath or a hot shower with some scented candle. You can listen to your favorite podcast while doing that as well. Add on a cup of hot chocolate/tea and read a book if you want.
4. Eat breakfast: Make sure to have your breakfast in the morning as it will provide the required energy to keep you going for the day. Make sure to have a healthy meal that included carbs, protein & sugar to avoid morning depreciation.
☘️ Whilst maintaining a balance between classes/work and your life, don't forget to take care of yourself. After all, your health is an important aspect of your life. Morning blues will remain morning blues until you let them be. We cannot eliminate Monday, so let’s apply these ways to increase our productivity.
