說真的直到2016年到南極，才發現全球暖化是多麼真實😖 近期天災不斷，尤其住澳洲森林大火更有感🔥 所以盡量用自己微小的力量，減少碳足跡👣
現在出門絕對都會帶數個環保袋買菜🌶️ 店員問要不要包裝，我也都會回絕🙅
然後自從朋友說蔬果本身就有一層皮可以保護裡面的肉，我後來也不會多用個袋子裝，直接秤重量👀 或者是用 mesh produce bags（中文不知道是什麼，但是很像洗衣袋的網子）來裝蔬果😊
從這些微不足道的事情做起，會發現一個月下來塑膠少很多😁
最後呼籲大家「回收」不是萬能的！雖然很多東西標榜可以回收，但實際回收的數字沒有想像那麼多👀
因此降低購買慾、減少垃圾、重複使用才最能夠幫助地球唷～ 😊 環保就從你我開始吧～❤️
