前から作りたかったアメリカのレシピをようやくアレンジ完了して
お砂糖も控えめに。
たっぷりのピーナツバターを加えて作るこのレシピの良さは香りと味の良さと見た目のキュートさ♡
焼きあげ後、チョコを押し込むときにクッキー生地に入るヒビ、
これがものすごく可愛いです。
ちょこんと乗ったハーシーチョコもめちゃくちゃ良い!

【Ingredients】16 cookies
40g Unsalted butter
60g Peanut butter
50g Granulated sugar
30g Brown sugar
30g Beaten egg
15g Milk
vanilla extract
120g All-purpose flour
2g Baking soda
1/4tsp Salt

15g Granulated sugar for coating
For Toppings:
16 hershey kisses unwrapped

【Directions】

Preheat oven to 356 °F/180℃
①Beat butter and peanut butter in large bowl.
②Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and mix well.
③Add egg, milk, vanilla and mix.
④Add flour, baking soda and salt.
⑤Shape into balls and roll in sugar
⑥Bake 12-14minutes or until lightly brown.
⑦Immediately press a chocolate into the center of each cookie; cookies willl crack around edges.
⑧Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

***れしぴ置き場***

【材料】16こ
無塩バター 40g
無糖ピーナツバター 60g
グラニュー糖 50g
黒糖 30g
溶き卵 30g
牛乳 15g
バニラオイル
薄力粉 120g
重曹 2g
塩 小さじ1/4
グラニュー糖 15g
For Toppings:
ハーシーチョコ 16個

【作り方】
①ボウルに柔らかくしたバターとピーナツバターを加えて
よく混ぜる。
②グラニュー糖と黒糖を加えて混ぜる。
③溶き卵、牛乳、あればバニラオイルを加えてよく混ぜる。
④薄力粉、塩、重曹をふるって加え、混ぜ合わせる。
⑤生地を16等分して丸め、グラニュー糖をまぶす。
***指で軽く生地の中央を押しておくと、あとでチョコが乗せやすい
⑥180℃に温めたオーブンでふちがきつね色になるまで12-14分焼く。
⑦焼き上がって取り出したらすぐにチョコを真ん中に押し込む。
押し込むときに焼き上がったクッキー生地のまわりにひびが入ります。
⑧網などの上で冷ます。

*焼き上がってからチョコを押し込んでもし冷めてしまったら、天板ごとオーブンの中に1分ほど置いておくと余熱でチョコが少し溶けてしっかりとクッキーにくっつきます。
