It also popular in Japan, they even create a "milk tea with tapioca balls in ramen." While drawing this picture, I asked my friends what food do they usually goes with bubble tea. 這次應該是Oppa打卡最快的一次😬 開幕一星期內就已經馬上撲過去大吃大喝了🙈 因為實在太期待啦!!
菠蘿包🍍-椰子熱情果蛋糕 ($65HKD)
超好食,*必點*!!! 最過癮的地方是蛋糕的頂部,竟然模仿出菠蘿包上面曲奇層本有的沙沙口感😲 裡面就有酸甜的熱情果醬。不愧為鎮店之寶😍
紙包檸檬茶🍋-伯爵茶佛手柑蛋糕 ($65HKD)
仿真度極高的凍檸茶蛋糕🍰 黃色朱古力牌,圍住了慕絲蛋糕,底部還有脆脆。味道來說,菠蘿包一定比較好食。但這個實在太可愛,打卡必備呀!📷
港式奶茶曲奇杯🍪 ($48HKD)
相片請查看我上一個post🤗 奶茶好飲!可以邊飲奶茶,邊吃掉益力多造型的曲奇杯🤤 杯裡面塗上了薄薄的白朱古力,防止奶茶令曲奇變軟。應該是史上最好玩的甜品!
最後,順帶一提DKA(Dominique’s Kouign Amann)有4件一盒的禮盒裝,或者散買一顆也行。但建議即日食用,否則第二天就會軟掉啦🤷🏻 香港人應該對Kouign Amann比較陌生:它是牛角包的親戚🥐 製作時,會在麵包和牛油層對疊時加入砂糖,所以會有稍稍的焦糖效果😈

Pineapple Bun🍍-Coconut Pineapple Passionfruit Cake ($65HKD)
All the cakes here are a signature, but this Pineapple Bun is the BEST😍 Amazed by how the top layer carries a bit of a grainy texture, just to emulate the crumbly mouthfeel of the cookie exterior of an actual pineapple bun. Mind-blown.
Lemon Juice Box🍋-Earl Grey Bergamot Cake ($62HKD)
Taste-wise, I prefer the pineapple bun. But this copycat of VLT is not to be missed either. Chocolate pieces are adhered to a rectangular mousse cake🍰 The bottom also has a bit of feuilletine to add crunchiness to the cake; it was a tad bit soggy though.
Hong Kong Milk Tea Cookie Shot🇭🇰($48HKD)
A local, revised version of the classic cookie shot🍪 Refer to my previous post for a clearer picture. A smooth, delicious milk tea is used to substitute just regular cow’s milk. The Yakult cookie cup design brings back so many childhood memories❤️ Super fun to eat!
A quick honorary mention of their DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann). I had my first Kouign Amann when I was at Manresa/B patisserie last year in San Francisco. Ecstatic that these goodies finally hit Home Kong. Would recommend consuming them on the same day of purchase for maximum flakiness!😌
