The joy of this time at home, just being present for the following.
1. Enjoying walking around in nothing but shorts and sportsbra..sometimes just a big shirt.👙
2. No makeup or hair products Being completely comfortable in your own skin. I'll have a mask a day or the whole day even lol.🧖♀️
3. Family dinner time is back in trend and I love it! 👨👩👦👦
4. Enhanced creativity.🤩
5. Do I worry bout gains and abs. NO! I'm just keeping myself healthy and ensuring I'm active. You are more than what your body looks. 💪
6. Catching up with sleep!😴
7. More prayer time!🤲
8. Stretching a lot more 🤸♀️
9. Do I count calories. Heck no! But i am more mindful.
10. Taking the time to breath 😌

Do you believe that 95% of your life is created by your subconscious mind?
I read somewhere (which I forgot where), that 95% of our reality is driven & created from our automated habits, thoughts & beliefs.
So if you want to make a change, you have to constantly be mindful of what you think, and your habits.
Negative thoughts definitely should be eliminated as so avoiding negative people. Thoughts like “I can’t, It’s impossible, it’s hard, I’m used to..” should never be in your dictionary.
Hang out with people who can boost your mind power, who are positive & who can help/guide u when facing challenges.
Live life mindfully, working towards becoming your best potential self.
