材料:
牛扒 200g,鹽,胡椒粉,味醂
生抽 1 tbsp,喼汁 1.5 tbsp,辣汁 0.5 tbsp,茄汁 2 tbsp,糖漿 4 tbsp,牛油 1,味醂 2 tbsp
薯仔 1,洋蔥 1,鹽,胡椒粉,牛油,麵包,芝士醬
做法:
1. 在牛扒上灑上鹽,胡椒粉,味醂,醃10分鐘
2. 將生抽,喼汁,辣汁,茄汁,糖漿,牛油,味醂煮勻
3. 煎薯仔,洋蔥,用鹽,胡椒粉調味
4. 用牛油,煎麵包
5. 煎牛扒,待涼後切片
6. 在麵包上加上芝士醬,洋蔥,薯仔,牛扒,醬汁

-200g Sirloin Steak, Salt, Pepper, Mirin, 1 Potato, 1 Onion, Salt, Pepper, Sandwich Bread, Butter
-Barbeque Sauce: 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1.5 Tbsp Worcester Sauce, 1/2 Hot Sauce, 2 Tbsp Ketchup, 4 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 1 Piece Butter, 2 Tbsp Mirin
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Season 200g of sirloin steak with salt, pepper and Mirin. Marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Mix 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 Tbsp Worcester sauce, 1/2 Tbsp hot sauce, 2 Tbsp ketchup, 4 Tbsp corn syrup, 1 piece butter with 2 Tbsp Mirin and boil
3. Add generous amount of oil to pan. Cook 1 potato and 1 onion with salt and pepper until browned. Caramelize onion to maximize the sweetness of onion.
4. Melt the butter on a pan and cook both sides of sandwich bread. Add butter and marinated steak beef and cook it thoroughly.
5. Cut well-done steak into thinly sliced pieces. Add cheese sauce to the bread and add caramelized onion, baked potato with steak pieces. Add steak sauce and cover the top with another slice of sandwich bread.
6. Cheese Sauce: Mix 3 cheddar cheese slices with 60ml milk. Microwave for a minute and mix it again.
