Hari2 weekend nie tak tahu nak masak apa untuk minum petang ke,boleh lah cuba resepi kek coklat cheese nie,senang dan mudah👍
BAHAN-BAHAN
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan minyak masak(nak lagi sedap guna minyak jagung)
1 cawan susu pekat manis
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
4 biji telur
1 sudu esen vanila
CHEESE LAYER
250gm cream cheese
2 sudu makan gula halus
1 biji telur
1 sudu makan tepung gandum
1 sudu makan air
** Pukul cream cheese dan gula sehingga sebati. Masukkan telur diikuti dgn air dan tepung. teruskan pukul dgn kelajuan sederhana sehingga semuanya sebati..
CARA-CARA MEMBUATNYA:
✔Masukkan koko, gula, susu cair, susu pekat manis dan minyak masak ke dalam periuk,kemudian Masakkan di atas api yang Pelahan sehingga larut dan ketepikan.
✔Dalam bekas lain, ayakkan tepung gandunm, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder.
✔Cara intan pulak intan blend je semua telur sehingga kembang dengan menggunakan blender. Biar dia nampak berbuih-buih keputihan.
✔masukkan telur yang di blend dan esen vanila kedalam bahan yg dimasak tadi kacau sampai sebati,Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum,soda bikarbonat dan baking powder yang diayak tadi.Kacau sehingga sebati dan jangan biarkan ianya berketul-ketul.
✔Panaskan pengukus dan biarkan air mendidih dahulu baru masuk adunan kak ke dalam bekas,intan guna bekas plastik je senang,
kukus separuh adunan kek coklat selama 20minit,kemudian masuk kan adunan cheese kukus selama 10-15minit kemudian masuk kan separuh adunan kek tadi kukus lagi selama 20-30minit,sejuk kan dah boleh makan😋
P/s :- nak kek tahan lama simpan dalam peti sejuk,kek boleh jd lebih moist lagi sedap bila makan sejuk2😉

雪芳蛋糕是我的至愛, 我喜歡它鬆軟的質地, 又可以配搭其他材料做成不同風味. 雪芳蛋糕以植物油作材料, 而很多淡味植物油在室温甚至雪櫃温度下是呈液態的, 可以令蛋糕保持濕潤, 所以個人認為雪芳蛋糕比用牛油做的海綿蛋糕更適合作蛋糕底. 正因為植物油這天然的保濕特點, 所以連平時組合蛋糕前“在蛋糕片上掃酒糖液防乾“的步驟也可以省略了. 抹少一層糖水應比較健康一點吧!
Chiffon cakes are my favourite cakes. I love their fluffy texture and the fact you may add different ingredients made the recipe so versatile. The fats used in chiffon cakes is vegetable oil which is mostly in liquid state at room temperature or even after being refrigerated. This makes the cake so moist and therefore, in my opinion, a better candidate than sponge cake when it comes to a cake base. You may simply skip the brush-the-cake-top-with-syrup-to-retain-moisture-process when you assemble your cake. Don’t you think it is healthier that way?

For the yolk mixture, some recipes suggest mixing the yolks and sugar until pale in color. Then whisk in liquid ingredients and followed by remaining dry ingredients. I found these steps unnecessary after some experiments. I have simplified the steps so the yolk mixture can be prepared in one minute. If you are lazy like me and wish to do less dishwashing you may try my method.
朱古力雪芳蛋糕(少甜+懶人版)
Chocolate chiffon cake (made with reduced sugar, the lazy way)
材料 Ingredients:
A. 蛋黃楜 For the yolk mixture
低筋麵粉 Cake flour 40g
無糖朱古力粉 Unsweetened cocoa powder 25g
粟粉 Cornstarch 10g
泡打粉 Baking powder 1/2茶匙(tsp)
砂糖 Granulated sugar 10g
蘇打粉 Baking soda 1/8茶匙(tsp)
蛋黃(大蛋) Egg yolks, large 4顆
牛奶 (用水亦可, 牛奶較香濃) Milk (You may use water, but milk gives a richer taste) 55g
任何淡味的植物油 (如芥花油或菜油) Any mild flavored vegetable oil (for example canola oil or generic vegetable oil) 50g
雲尼拿油 Vanilla extract (I use vanilla bean paste) 1/2茶匙 (tsp)
B. 蛋白霜 For the meringue
蛋白(大蛋) Egg whites, large 4顆
砂糖 Granulated sugar 55g
他他粉 Cream of tartar 1/2茶匙 (tsp)
註 Notes:
1. 這是減糖配方. 嗜甜的可自行增加砂糖份量 This is made with a reduced amount of sugar. Please adjust sugar amount accordingly for a sweeter version.
2. 做原味/雲尼拿味的話, 請將無糖朱古力粉改為低筋麵粉, 蘇打粉轉為半茶匙泡打粉, 甚至不用也可 For original/vanilla flavor, replace unsweetened cocoa powder with cake flour. Simply omit baking soda or replace it with half tsp of baking powder.

45g 52-58% black chocolate
70g unsalted butter * vegetable oil is also ok
70g milk
100g flour
15g cocoa powder
6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 egg whites
100g sugar
A pinch of salt
10g cornstarch or potato starch
25g chocolate chips
Bake in the oven with hot water at 150°C for 65-70 minutes
--------- Amount for other molds-----------
➢18cm round cake mold or 15cm square mold
30g 52-58% black chocolate
45g unsalted butter
45g milk
65g flour
10g cocoa powder
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg whites
65g sugar
A pinch of salt
6g cornstarch or potato starch
15g chocolate chips
Bake in the oven with hot water at 150°C for 45 - 50 minutes
➢15cm round cake pan
Divide all the ingredients in half.
Bake in the oven with hot water at 150℃ for 40 - 45 minutes.
➢18cm Pound Cake Mold
Cut all the ingredients into 1/3.
Bake in the oven with hot water at 150℃ for 30 - 35 minutes.
➢24cm Square Cake Mold
Fill all ingredients 1.7 times.
Bake in the oven with hot water at 150℃ for 80 - 90 minutes.
* Preheating is necessary. You must preheat the oven, and please start baking when the oven reaches a set temperature.
* The result of baking may be changed depending on each oven at home. The temperature and the baking time in this recipe are only a guide. Please check the degree of baking stuff before taking it out from the oven, and then take it out.
* In the video, it’s baked in the normal mode of heating up and down. When using the convection function or gas oven, lower the temperature by 10-20 ℃ and bake.

Wish everyone a merry, safe and healthy Christmas this year! I guess we can all agree that chocolates have become one of the essential item when it comes to Christmas so I made a double chocolate chiffon cake this year. It is richer than chocolate chiffon cake which only uses cocoa powder. However, because of the added fat of the melted chocolates, it is important to have a meringue that's whipped to perfection or else the chiffon cake will be dense other than light and airy.

【材料】15㎝型
(ケーキ)
オレオ 285g(27個)
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1杯
牛乳 230ml
植物油 少々
(ガナッシュ)
チョコレート 100g
生クリーム 100ml
【作り方】
①オレオをフードカッターで細かくくだいてベーキングパウダーを加えます。
②ボウルに移して牛乳を加えて良く混ぜて油を敷いたケーキ型に底紙をしいて流します。
③150℃に予熱したオーブンで50-55分湯せん焼きにします。
あら熱が取れたらラップをして冷蔵庫で2-3時間冷やします。
④細かくしたチョコレートに沸騰直前まで温めた生クリームを加えて良く混ぜてガナッシュを作って28-30℃まで温度を下げたらケーキにかけます。
