🍓 Very Raspberry Mousse - you can never go wrong with Raspberry x Chocolate combination :) Just like its name, this is very Raspberry! Reco to finish within 1-2 days or else the sponge cake is less moist.

🍦Triple Mousse Cake - Vanilla & caramel mousse. Among the 3, I like this one the most. The caramel aroma goes so well with vanilla. Would be awesome if there’s slightly more caramel aroma & also a bit less sweet 😻

☕️Coffee & Chocolate Mousse - if you like coffee, you should try! Really like how there’s crunchy chocolate on top of coffee mousse. This makes each bite more interesting :)

you're going to love my lemon cake recipe as much as you love my carrot cake. it's a perfect balance of sweet and sour. feathery fluffy and moist, and I believe better than chocolate cake.
ingredients:
ap flour 150g (1¼ cups)
sugar 110g ( in between ½ and ⅔ cup)
cooking oil 80g (½ cup)
baking powder 4g (1tsp)
eggs 4 medium
salt ¼ tsp
lemon juice 30g (2 tbsp)
lemon zest (1tbsp)
for 2 ingredients frosting
A can of 397g condensed milk
lemon juice 60g (¼ cup)
pan size: 8"x3"|| 18cm square
baking time:
30-35 minutes
160°C preheated
method: follow the video
notes: do not overmix the batter. you must keep the meringue fluffy as possible.

玉米淀粉 5g

盐 一小撮

奶油奶酪芝士 200g
动物性奶油 200g

すごい色のスポンジケーキは味はプレーンです😅
上のトッピングはオードリーのホワイトチョコのクッキーと葉っぱのチョコ（いちご、チョコ、キャラメル）です。
クリームはプレーンのホイップクリーム。
なので味としては普通のケーキなんです。
しっとりふわふわで、最初からもぐもぐ食べました！が、途中で急に満腹になってしまいました😅

The sponge cake of the crazy color tastes plain.
The topping above is Audrey's white chocolate cookies and leaf chocolate (strawberry, chocolate, caramel).
Cream is plain whipped cream.
So it's a normal cake as a taste.
It was moist and fluffy, and I ate it from the beginning! However, I suddenly became full on the way😅.
It's still a long way off💦
