每天每天WFH都在抽空讓小哈潑上線上課程 💪🏻 此時媽媽我正在等待用耳機開會，先讓爸爸陪上～～～
小哈潑超愛上這個外師的課 🥳 他是班上同學的爸爸呢！哈哈，整個很專業，知道對小小孩就是要大動作、誇張手勢、說話放慢拉長音，真的很容易讓小小孩一下子就融入且記憶深刻 😍
今天學playground的遊樂設施（swing, slide, seesaw, monkey bars, merry-go-round）
好久沒分享運動影片了～
小風妹妹也來共襄盛舉分享學校學的運動。
Star jumps和Seal jacks這兩個動作都能練到大腿前側、大腿後側、臀部、小腿、肩膀的三角肌，還可以練練心肺，訓練很全面，非常適合不便出門的此刻。
如果住在公寓，建議鋪一下軟墊或瑜珈墊，免得造成鄰居困擾。如果有室內鞋，穿上室內鞋更好。

Gaara, our cornsnake, is getting big and we are upgrading to a 44 Gallon Habitat ! This time we also add monkey bars and using the aspen bedding. Gaara does like burrowing alot afterall!
