我没有跑步的习惯，但我可以走，所以我和儿子打算在家，用“行动”来支持马来西亚红新月会槟州分会的 #2021年人道虚拟跑”🏃🏻‍♀️ ，即便在家，也可以“走来走去”，一个月内，只要达到15公里的目标就成功了😝

假如你本来就有跑步或运动的习惯，可以顺便参加这项虚拟义跑，运动之余还可以帮到人，一举两得。（报名链接：https://howei.com/event_details/mrschumanitarianvr2021 ）

过去只要有机会，我们全家一定出动，支持红新月会的慈善筹款晚宴、义卖会（我还帮忙卖过粿条汤的哦）、古迹行等等。去年和今年，由于新冠肺炎肆虐，这些活动通通被迫取消，红新月会的人道援助基金开始消耗殆尽；加上疫情严峻，庞大的救护车维修费已经让这个非政府/非营利组织不胜负荷。

所以无论是跑步或走路，举手之劳，就能让红新月会得以继续在社区提供人道主义援助、派发防疫和救济物资给低收入家庭和弱势群体，并顺利推行流动疫苗接种服务，深入偏远地区，帮助行动不便的群体接种疫苗。

MRCS Ramadhan Program: Gift a Baju Raya for Underprivileged Children

We are partnering up with designers Melinda Looi and Tom Abang Saufi to provide baju raya to underprivileged children. Let’s bring more colour to their Eid this year.
