「貓和老鼠奶酪蛋糕」超级靓 唔使焗爐、唔使開火、唔使打發、唔使擔心消泡嘅超簡單芝士奶酪蛋糕!!!
食材:牛奶100g、酸奶150g、奶油奶酪125g、南瓜泥100g、糖30g、煉乳10g(冇煉奶就再加10g糖)、吉利丁片10g -
步骤:
STEP1 南瓜蒸熟壓成泥,攞100g南瓜泥備用。
STEP2 奶油奶酪充分軟化,加入糖,攪拌至順滑。
STEP3 喺奶油奶酪糊加入牛奶、酸奶、煉乳、南瓜泥攪拌均勻。
STEP4 吉利丁片提前放冷水/冰水軟化,擠干水以後放喺一個空碗里隔水加熱至融化,倒入奶酪糊。
STEP5 攪拌均勻以後將奶酪糊過篩,將之前嘅奶酪顆粒全部壓細膩。過篩2-3次會更好。
STEP6 將奶糊倒進模具。一定要記得喺模具下面放個碟,如果唔係倒咗液體之後會好難攞起嚟。
STEP7 雪櫃冷藏4小時以上,脫模就可以食喇~
