疏肝行氣消胃脹
經常胃脹不適?不時感到有氣體從胃中往上衝?以為是胃部不適或消化不良吃胃藥後胃脹感覺轉頭又回來,怎麼辦?從中醫角度來看,噯氣與肝鬱氣滯有關,因為體內肝氣鬱結,橫逆犯胃,令胃氣升降失調,氣行不暢以致胃脹甚至胃痛,想根治問題就要疏肝理氣,配合體質進食疏肝理氣的食材,少吃奶類或豆品類等容易產氣的食物,少吃生冷、油膩及難消化食物,做適量運動,只要氣行順暢,胃脹問題就得以紓緩。
疏肝理氣湯水小貼士:
適當地添加疏肝理氣功效的食材如猴頭菇、蓮藕、佛手、蓮子等。
青紅蘿蔔青木瓜猴頭菇湯
功效:疏肝理氣,紓緩生活壓力大引致的胃脹不適、乾咳等症狀。
材料:青蘿蔔1根、紅蘿蔔1根、青木瓜1個、猴頭菇2塊、小米1/4米杯(或一包燕麥即沖米水粉)、洋薏米20克、陳皮1角、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有乾材料洗淨,青、紅蘿蔔去皮切塊;青木瓜去皮去籽切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Relieve abdominal bloating
Do you experience abdominal bloating and discomfort all the time? Always feel like stomach gas is rushing up from the stomach? You may think it was abdominal discomfort or indigestion so you some medication for it. However, that does not help. From the point of view of Chinese medicine, burping is related to liver qi stagnation which affects the stomach qi circulation. Poor qi circulation will lead to abdominal bloating and even stomach pain. To solve this problem, you should relieve stress and regulate qi. Eat ingredients that relieve stress and regulate qi according to your body condition. Eat less foods that are prone to lead to gassiness such as milk or soybean. Eat less cold/raw, oily and indigestible foods, and regularly exercise to improve qi circulation. The abdominal bloating problem can be alleviated.
Tips for soup to relieve stress and regulate qi:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as monkey head mushroom, lotus root, fingered citron and lotus seed.
Monkey head soup with green radish, carrot and papaya
Effects: relieves stress and regulates qi. Alleviates stress induced symptoms such as abdominal bloating, abdominal discomfort and dry cough.
Ingredients: 1 green radish, 1 carrot, 1 green papaya, 2 monkey head mushroom, ¼ cup of millet (or 1 pack of oats rice water powder), 20g pearl barley, 1 dried citrus peel, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all dried ingredients. Peel green radish and carrot and cut into pieces. Peel and core green papaya and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.

Universal Studios Japan Attack on Titan Restaurant 'Survey Corps Mess Hall'. I ordered Survey Corps plate and Survey Corps mug. It contains steak, baked potato, grilled tomato, grilled onion, rolled barley salad, mushroom soup, cracker and bread. The scout regiment permit is free gift. It is for taking photo with Rivai and Hansi Zoe chronoloid, but I gave up taking photo because there were many people in a queue. It's yummy and maybe healthy plate. I added music from Youtube audio library because of BGM copyright.
