I often play around with the ingredients. Take off the sweet potato and banana is you want less carbs. The spirulina that i’m using recently has a strong taste that I dislike, so i’ve been drinking it separately with water as a shot.
Creamy iced blend with:
ice
1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 sweet potatoes
Almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
collagen
creatine
black ants extract
wheatgrass
spirulina
pumpkin spice

Toppings:
natural peanut butter
organic cacao nibs
pumpkin seeds
almonds
chia seeds (i forgot those today )

低 碳 水 高 蛋 白 麵 包
𝟒-𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝🍞
昨天新試的食譜♡︎ 這個食譜只需要蛋、蛋白粉、杏仁/花生醬、泡打粉,不需要烘培杏仁粉或椰子細粉,很多人家裡已經有的材料~ 做出來質感跟麥包很相似呢!
No flours needed for this simple bread recipe, you only need 4 ingredients which you probably already have at home🤍
☺︎︎ 材 料
- 4x 雞蛋
- 1/2 杯 (45g) 乳清蛋白粉
- 1/2 杯 (125g) 無糖杏仁/花生醬
- 2茶匙 泡打粉
☺︎ 步驟
1. 預熱焗爐300 °F (150 °C)
2. 在一個小碗裡混合蛋白粉和泡打粉
3. 用電動打蛋器將杏仁醬打至軟順
4. 一邊打發,一隻一隻雞蛋加進去打至順滑
5. 把乾材料加進去打至順滑
6. 倒進去蓋好烘培紙的麵包盤
7. 焗30–40分鐘

- 4x eggs
- 1/2 cup (45g) whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup (125g) unsweetened almond / peanut butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
☺︎ method
1. Preheat the oven to 300 °F (150 °C)
2. Mix the whey protein & baking powder in a small bowl.
3. Beat the nut butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until creamy.
4. Add one egg at a time beating well until the batter is smooth, fluffy and bubbly.
5. Combine the dry & wet ingredients & beat well until creamy.
6. Pour the batter in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 30–40 minutes.
☺︎ 後記 remarks
- 我做的時候加了100ml水,因為質感看起來太厚,不同種類的乳清蛋白粉都會有不同效果
- 原食譜用無味蛋白粉,但我只有雲呢拿味,焗出來好香呢
- 蛋白粉好像只能用乳清蛋白
- 如果你不介意小蘇打的味道,用一茶匙小蘇打+一茶匙蘋果醋,取代泡打粉,麵包會發酵更高
- 食譜用9X5” (23 X 13cm) 麵包盤,我下次會嘗試用更小的模具焗厚身少少的麵包

- I added 100ml water as my mixture looked too thick, textures with different brands of protein powder could vary
- Original recipe uses unflavoured protein powder, but all I have is vanilla & I love the scent
- Apparently only whey protein works, you can experiment & let me know :)
- If you don’t mind a hint of baking soda flavor in your bread, use 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, instead of baking powder, for even more voluminous loaf
- The recipe uses 9X5 inch (23 X 13cm) loaf pan, next time I will use a smaller pan for a taller looking loaf

Hey guys, I've been craving for pancakes for a while and I wanted to try this recipe that I found online. So here's my version of a Low Carb Protein Pancake.
Ingredients are the following:
- Protein Powder - 1 serving ( 2/3 Big scoops, depending on your scoop size) i'm using plant protein
- Coconut Powder 2 TBSP
- Oat / Almond / Fresh Milk - 6-7 TBSP
- 2 Large Eggs
- Collagen Powder (optional)
- Butter just to grease the pan.
How to:
1. Mix everything together either with a blender or with your shaker bottle. The blender would make it a lot smoother of course.
2. Heat pan, butter pan and pour a medium-size circle of the pancake mixture. Wait for bout 10seconds or so. When you see it start to bubble all over, flip it. Ta Dah!
3. Repeat until you finish all the mixture. Decorate and add on honey, butter, fruits, peanut butter, chocolate.. up to you :)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
3 Banana
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Egg
2-4 Scoops of Protein Powder
30g Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp of Cocoa powder

✅Banana - 1
✅Light Greek yogurt - 3 tbs (approx 2-3 g protein)
✅Chia seeds - 1 tbs ( each tbs contains 3.1g protein, 6g fiber, 3g Omega 3)
✅Chocolate protein powder - 1 scoop (23.1g of protein)
✅Peanut butter - 1 tbs ( 2.5g protein)
✅Milk - 250 ml (8.8 g protein)
(according to the nutrition info in each ingredient)
🍌This smoothie contains approximately 38 gram of protein!
Plus lots of good nutrients in there 🙌 I know the cal might be high but I do my workout, I burn my calories so why stress about it? 😄
