La Creperie由法國人主理，提供多款法國西北部海岸城市Brittany嘅特色菜式🇫🇷餐廳依舊人氣十足，我哋呢日平日晚市照舊座無虛席，好彩有一早訂座😉我們點咗二人晚市套餐($538)，有主菜x2，甜品x2及飲品x2，非常豐富😍
✡️ Homemade Brittany Fish Soup ($95)
印象中，呢度嘅魚湯非常好飲🐟姊妹未試過，索性點一客分享☺️魚湯上桌時仲係熱騰騰，魚鮮味道依舊濃郁，好少飲到咁濃郁嘅西湯呢😇趁熱倒入芝士及炸麵包粒，可以令魚湯味道更為提升，口感更加豐富🧀
Set Dinner包兩杯飲品，選擇都幾多，但食Crepe配Apple Cider 係法國傳統，我哋當然要入鄉隨俗😌呢度嘅Apple Cider來自法國，酒精濃度不高，用碗飲別有一番風味🥣
主菜：
✡️25.Les Pierres Noires
Galettes做法正宗，用上法國Brittany不含麩質嘅蕎麥粉（Buckweat Flour）整成，非常健康😋材料有太陽蛋，芝士，smoked ham等，鹹香十足🍳
✡️Shrimp Pasta
除咗Galettes之外，呢度嘅Pasta都好有水準🍝意粉煮得al dente，唔會太淋身，大蝦煎得金黃，口感新鮮爽彈，份量亦好慷慨呢🍤
甜品：
✡️64.Les Voiles de St Tropez
Crepe則用上小麥粉（wheat flour）整成🤩餅皮富麵粉香，口感軟熟😝我一向鍾意食焦糖，所以第一款就立即鎖定64.Les Voiles de St Tropez啦🍎Salted butter caramel配搭焦糖化蘋果粒，甜而不膩，再食一口冰涼軟滑嘅雲呢拿雪糕，絕對係大滿足🍨
✡️72.La Poulie
感謝店員的協助，順利比好友驚喜🎂呢款crepe材料簡單，只有烤杏仁片，蜜糖及開心果雪糕，但同軟熟嘅餅皮夾埋一齊食好好食😚
