浪費時間

我應該算得上是利用時間的人吧
行程緊湊 無縫接軌 一心二用
能早做的事就不拖延
能順路的事絕不分批
或許我小有收穫
但精神狀態緊繃 休息時間匱乏
讓我開始懷疑自幼的訓練 自我要求 真嗎？
.
小學生超進度偷寫甲乙生字本
騎車停紅燈的時候鑽到最前線
多兼一份差 想早點賺夠錢
嚮往成為最年輕的大學生 博士 或執行長
.
然後呢？
.
一樣在學期末才一起放寒暑假
一樣在下一個路口又一起停紅燈
今天做明天的工作 讓明天做大後天的工作
出賣現下的青春和感情 以掙得更多遺產？
人生的哪個紅燈出現時 才願意稍停一會兒呢？
.
興許是健康上的紅燈吧
.
能這樣以慶生的名義浪費時間好幸福
開車到北海岸看海 閒聊 拍照
坐在車裡聽音樂 唱歌 排隊等熱門餐廳
回顧一整天 好像什麼都沒做 心裡卻莫名滿足
把時間浪費在享受的事情上 是浪費嗎？
踩踩煞車 繞繞路 慢慢活

I am a person who make use of every minute of every hour.
I schedule everything seamlessly and multi-tasking is a constant for me.
If I can do it now, I won’t drag it to the next minute.
If something can be done together, they won’t be done separately.
I may have some accomplishments,
But the constant tension spiritually and lack of rest made me doubt whether the training and the high standard I set for myself are correct.

When I was in primary school, I always do homework of not only that day but of tomorrow, next week.
I always drive to the front of the queue when I’m waiting for the red light to turn green.
Having that one more part time job to faster achieve my money goal.
Aspiring to be the youngest university graduate, master graduate or CEO.

What’s next?
.
I didn’t start winter and summer break earlier than other classmates.
There will be another red light at the next crossing which turns my overtaking in vain.
There will always be next day’s work coming up even if tomorrow’s work was finished today.
Shall I sell out my youth and emotional connections in return for a little more heritage when I pass away?
Does any red light in life make me willing to hit pause for a bit?

Probably the red light of health I suppose.

Able to kill time in the name of birthday celebration feels amazing.
Drive to north coast to spend time on watching the sea, chitchatting and photo taking.
Listening to music in the car, singing and...simply waiting for a popular restaurant.
Nothing significant was done for the whole day but the sense of fulfillment is overwhelming.
Does it count as squander to spend time on something I enjoy?
Hit the brake, reroute for a bit.
And live slowly, not just survive.
