In light of #mybodycanfly, I spent class last week experimenting with movement, breaking through inhibitions and mental boundaries we place on ourselves when it comes to dancing, especially in class, in front of people, in front of a mirror.

What social media has taught us is that if you love something, you must be good at it, or else it’s better not to do it altogether. But we seem to have forgotten that the utmost importance is to love what you do, and do it it out of love.

So dance for the love of movement, draw for the love of art, sing for the love of music. It matters not if you’re good, so long as you want to!❤️
