Impression |
• The texture is indeed like pudding! Pleasantly inviting!
• This gel sleeping mask that absorbs well into skin leaving a bit tacky finish which I don't mind given that my skin is currently dehydrated.
• Smells like chocolate

Thoughts |
• I've been using this sleeping mask at least 2 times a week for the past couple months and I absolutely love it! Although I haven't seen much of firming and wrinkle-smoothing effects on my pores and sagging cheeks due to this, but I do love my skin feeling soft and seemed brightens up in the morning.
• I'd say this works nice and gentle because I did used this when my skin was having redness and while I'm hoping for some toning down action, this at least doesn't further irritate my skin so that's good.
• If were to compare this with my regular hydrating sleeping mask, it's similarly hydrating although a plus point for this smells lovely.

Overall, 4/5. I do like it as it's different to other sleeping masks that I have and will purchase for myself this once it's finished.

Impression |
• It's a chemical sunscreen that goes on quite thick and slightly opaque on skin at first but once spread well and even, it become almost colourless
• I always use air puffs to apply my sunscreen but I'd prefer to use my fingers with this one.
• During the testing period, I use this as first sunscreen application in the morning without adding powder on top, I've noticed that my oily T-zone still becomes oily midday while the rest of my currently dehydrated face feels so nice, smooth, and not sticky at all!

Thoughts |
• I've always been a fan of tone-up sunscreens as they protect and give nice brightened up effect at the same time which is why I mostly apply them as first application in the morning and use loose translucent powder on top but these days, I'm wearing foundations quite regularly so I'm opting for chemical sunscreens instead.
• I find this sunscreen is perfect not only as protection from the sun but also as makeup primer as well as the initial sticky finish somehow helps the foundation I've been wearing to adhere better while not disrupting outermost finish; my matte foundation still holds my T-zone with touch of powder while my semi-matte or dewy foundation still holds the rest of my face well with setting spray.
• I find this sunscreen absolutely amazing as it's the only chemical sunscreen I ever tried that doesn't sting my eyelids - I've been applying my eyelids with physical sunscreen all these while so with this one, I can simply bring merely one product to office or while I'm on trips.

Impression |
• It's a watery toner that I use as a first step after cleansing 2 to 3 times a week and I always use cotton pads that have perforated or textured layer on top to help with smoothing out my dry, flaky under-eye area.
• I've previously used other acid-containing toners with lower acid percentages that sting my face so badly I cried, this 5.25% AHA toner however doesn't irritate my skin at all, even on my sensitive facial area.

Thoughts |
• I've started using this toner around March this year and finished my first bottle within 4 months which is quite major to a huge #skincarehoarder like myself.
• I love using this toner especially in my evening skincare routine where I focus a lot on anti-aging skincare products mostly with thick and heavy consistencies so having exfoliating toner is crucial to aid those products to be absorbed well into skin rather than just sitting on top or piling into balls of disappointment.
• While I don't see any major visible change on my overall complexion yet, I definitely feel improvement in terms of texture of my skin as this product completely smoothed out my flaky outer cheeks and chin area within few months of consistent use and these days, I surely would notice if I let a week goes by without using it.

Overall, 5/5. I love it! I'm on my second bottle now and already have a backup for it!
• FYI, I still consider myself as a beginner when it comes to using acids in skincare and I'd say this is gentle enough for my normal to oily skin with dehydrated area.
• Building a skincare routine around this toner is so much fun but I'm someone who apply and reapply sunscreens every single day which is non-negotiable if you're using exfoliators in your skincare routine. @ Kota Kinabalu
