AIT 發言人孟雨荷滿滿的行程中也包括特地去了趟國立金門大學，和金門大學的同學談到美台共享的許多價值以及美台夥伴關係最近的一些進展。你知道金門是「傅爾布萊特英語協同教學助理計畫」多年來的熱門去處嗎？此計畫引進優秀美籍大學或研究所畢業生，在台灣各地的中小學進行協同英語教學。2021年預計將有24名英語協同教學助理分派至金門各地教室內服務，協助推動金門的雙語環境。#DayinKinmen #TravelswithSpokesperson
AIT Spokesperson Amanda Mansour also made a special visit to National Quemoy University, which she spoke to students about the #sharedvalues that form the foundation of the U.S.-Taiwan friendship and the latest developments in our partnership. Speaking of education, did you know that Kinmen has been a popular destination for Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program participants for many years? The ETA program brings outstanding U.S. college and master’s graduates to co-teach English in elementary and junior high schools across Taiwan. In 2021, 24 ETAs are expected to serve in classrooms around Kinmen to help it become a more bilingual island.
