I decided to do some reading on one of the most misunderstood Japanese foods out there, NATTO!

Firstly, what is natto? Natto is a cheap, traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans.

In the video I explain the following 10 facts about natto with random references to the Iron Chef TV show, samurais, NigaHiga & sake!

1. NATTO DOESN’T HAVE TO BE EATEN THE TRADITIONAL WAY

4. NATTO WAS ORIGINALLY MARKETED AS A RIVAL TO CHEESE IN JAPAN

7. NATTO HELPS PREVENT ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE
