Today, my husband entertained the kids while I spoke on a panel interview about kids nutrition. We had takeaway lunch from @mrspho and, spending the rest of the day at home. The highlight of the day will likely have to wait until after I conducted my FB Live workshop tonight, with us chilling in front of the TV, trying to stay awake through the show.
Nothing glamourous about our 10th Anniversary. Unlike Hollywood would like us to believe, happily ever afters often include boring, ordinary days without thrills or frills. Marriage is a committed, imperfect, incredible journey and if you’re lucky enough, you get a companion who helps make the seemingly mundane, ordinary days extraordinary.
