Here's my total body strength training gym routine which targets all the major muscles, your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and core. Working on your entire body is key to build strength and to lose weight.
Do these exercises 2 - 3 times weekly. Don't forget to also fit in your HIIT and cardio workout.

I love to train my back. I love how lean and strong they look. Here are 7 of my favourite back exercises, which I'll do when I hit the gym. This routine targets the entire back muscles - your lats, mid back, upper and lower back.

各位前輩好
最近買了BENQ的GW2265
今天用筆電要外接時,螢幕一直出現 no cable connected
使用的是Xtwo系列的HDMI線,有插上線後重復開機數次,也確認線有插緊
但在螢幕->右鍵->內容->顯示器 ,選擇單螢幕輸出時,外接的螢幕也可以選擇,不過
切換後還是一樣的結果,不論是同步顯示或單螢幕都一樣
筆電型號是Lenovo x260(也是新的)
懇請各位大大幫忙小弟該如何解決
