Natalie caught the attention of Dana Carmont at NutriGirl 2015 and was hence awarded the Miss Bikini Body title, as well as the ambassador for Dana Carmont Bikinis.
She started going to the gym with her mum at 15 for group classes like yoga and body combat. It was only three years ago that her boyfriend introduced her to heavy lifting.
She said: My fitness journey has made me more attuned with my body, such as figuring out what works for me and what doesn’t. I also feel more empowered, both physically and figuratively.

From a NutriGirl 2013 contestant, Jasmine‘s set of rock-hard six-pack abs is hard to miss. From the cute cheerleader she started out as, Jasmine competed on stage in several competitions, even winning Muscle & Fitness War 2015 (Women’s Figure). She is also able to lift heavy, deadlifting and squatting more than two times her body weight, yet managing to stay lean.
Jasmine used to have low self-esteem, often feeling that she’s not pretty and has a poor figure. Through her fitness journey however, she has gained tremendous confidence and even bravely struts the stage in a bikini. However, she fell pray to binge eating and bulimia in late 2015, after struggling to reverse out of her on-season physique. She is in a much better place now and doesn’t hate food or carbs anymore.
