位於尖沙咀的Oasis Bar & Grill🔸，是一間以城市綠洲 Day & Night 為主題的西餐廳。餐廳分成兩個區域，一邊是早上，一邊是晚上，給人截然不同的用餐感覺。曾經在中午時份光顧過一次，覺得質素不錯☺️，所以這次與朋友來試試晚餐啦~

前菜方面，我們選擇北海道薄片帶子刺身😚。帶子新鮮，配上芒果醬和芥末醬，令味道層次較為豐富。
冬蔭公海鮮扁意粉 ◢
令人驚喜的冬蔭公海鮮扁意粉🍝，深得我和朋友歡心!醬汁微辣濃稠，酸味不會過重，充分掛上扁意粉，味道很好。不過海鮮🦐，的調味略淡，濃一點較好。
紅酒燴牛面頰 ◢
值得推介的紅酒燴牛面頰🥩，非常好吃。牛面頰超級軟腍，牛味香濃，味道甘香，薯蓉配上濃郁的紅酒汁更美味。
