Sugar Free Mixed Berries Chia seed Jam

I am living a sugar free lifestyle as to prevent eczema, giving up sugar doesn’t mean I need to sacrifice some good stuff, like cookies, ice cream…etc .
I love this chai seed berries jam as its loaded with antioxidant natural sweetness from the berries, not to mention the fibre and essential omega-3 fats from the chia seeds, jam has never been so healthy! You can add this to your oatmeal or yogurt in the morning / snack as sweetness and flavour, and my personal favourite, I like to spread the jam onto my toast with peanut butter.
Only 4 ingredients and take 5 mins to prepare.
1/2 cup strawberry (or other berry)*
1/2 cup blueberries (or other berry)*
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Stevia .
Direction:
1. Place the berries in a bowl and smash it until more juices seep out.
2. Add the chia seeds, juice and stevia, stir to combine, sit at room temperature for 15 minutes for the chia seeds to gel.
3. Enjoy your jam!
