I wanted to order something so made @djselinalight install and order from @foodpandamy today. Our first time coz struggles is trying to pin our location. Kudos foodpanda app, very accurate and arrived successfully without issues.

This is the first time I’m dining in at Beurre. I ordered food from them twice during CB. So, I wasn’t expecting to be wowed by the food, but I actually was! I tried the special menu curated for Kris+ Gastronomy Series ($58+/4 courses) and I was seriously surprised by how good the Spanish Mackerel and Challans Duck Breast were. The almond-crusted mackerel was delicious and the perfectly-executed duck breast with a crisp caramelised skin knocked our socks off. We found the menu to be great value for money. Plus, you can get 4 bonus miles per dollar, on top of your usual credit card mile accrual with the Kris+ app so I’ll strongly recommend that you give this menu a go before May ends! Oh, and you might wanna grab a glass of their signature butter beer when you’re here!

關於食，宜蘭人堅持舊我。小籠包、肉 羮、蛋餅、撈乾麵、小吃拼盤，依然是他們由早到晚必不可少的味覺享受。美味，並非因為刁鑽的技巧或珍貴的食材，可能是法國人常掛在口邊的「風土」。當所有食材都源自一個小範圍，結合起來就特別和諧，就是這麼簡單。如果你夠細心，在食物中，一樣可以窺探宜蘭特有的風情。

小籠包
宜蘭最出名的「正好鮮肉小籠包」和「正常鮮肉小籠湯包」是兄弟檔，同用宜蘭黑豚後腿肉以及「三星葱」來做餡，鮮味固然不在話下，還有特別濃郁的葱香和清甜味。小籠包皮薄至半透明，包中微微鼓起的湯汁和青色的葱隱隱可見。一口咬下，熱力逼出，燙得嘴巴不停呵氣，因為宜蘭三面環山，一面是環海，濕氣特重，汗腺不通順，所以即使在夏天，他們也喜歡吃熱辣辣的小籠包，逼出一身汗才叫爽。

早餐
小鎮鄉村的食店每家都有 off the menu選擇，有些食物或食法，不寫上招牌，熟客才識點。像一間開了六十年的阿欽早餐店，米漿可以指定撒上百草粉，味道會加倍香，是老派的吃法。另外，這裏的蛋餅也是隱藏美食，店主在煎盤上打蛋，再倒上麵糊，完全手工煎成，其他地方少見，其他食店一般都買現成的餅皮。還有紅豆餅、金光餅、饅頭、韭菜包等，全是飽肚小點，是宜蘭農夫們辛勞工作前的一點慰藉。

小吃拼盤
宜蘭的小吃店多獨沽一味，但隱身於街市的四海居小吃卻不同，齊集宜蘭各種地理環境的食物，海陸通吃。最受歡迎的小吃拼盤，都是一些下欄變成的上菜，像煙燻過的鯊魚肉、曼波魚皮、豬頭肉、豬粉肝等，都是第三代店主自製，非常有風味。還有一大盤西魯肉也是招牌，是宜蘭特有的菜式。混合肉絲、大白菜、香菇、竹筍、蝦米、蟹肉、魚皮，是一種什錦湯羮，雖然賣相不好，但味道非常鮮。估計這種菜式起源於宜蘭的農村，將來自山、海、田的各種食材都放進一點而煮成。

肉羮
肉羮似我們的碗仔翅，但用料不同，他們用豬肉溝花枝打成肉醬，再打芡。一碗盛起，自己加醋加辣。通常當小食。日治時期，台灣伐木業興盛，全台灣產量最大在宜蘭太平山，而羅東鎮就是木材集散地。伐木工人一下山就愛吃碗熱到滾的肉羮，因為山裏溫度低，濕氣重， 羮多澱粉，易下肚，快速驅寒祛濕補充體力。大約在八十年代，宜蘭伐木業結束，但肉羮至今依然健在。有間叫「林場肉羮」是宜蘭六十年的老字號，是吃肉羮必到的店，店中還有最新電影上畫提示，新潮與老舊，咫尺之間。
