show完左兩日有少少無所適從..
明明想休息，但都覺得有啲悶，可能因為上一個月實在太忙，突然放鬆晒有啲唔慣。
不過辛苦晒 @ssonialaam 了🥲 上個月我真係處於一個極大壓力既狀態，我每一日都不停諗有咩要做，驚未練好/傾好d嘢，個人好焦慮..... 果一個月真係連出街都冇時間冇心情。

佢成日覺得自己冇做啲咩幫唔到我啲咩.....
但其實對我嚟講，係我身邊就已經發揮左最大嘅作用，幫我分擔左好多開心唔開心
同埋其實我係對自己0信任，而我覺得佢係好聰明 （其實我好蠢），我成日要問佢，呢樣好唔好果樣好唔好，就算佢hea答都好，都會令到我有安心嘅感覺。更加唔洗講佢做admin嘢勁有效率，平時又會有好多idea，例如之前zip係tee入面嘅即影即有都係佢諗😂

所以唔係話要有好實際好具體做d咩/俾咩好勁嘅意見先係做左啲嘢... 你係我好重要既精神支柱
