Everyday, i make an effort to give my full-span attention to this little one to make sure she learns a thing or two about the world. Did you know that stacking and organizing objects is a natural part of their development? I noticed that she gets so fascinated on how the bunnies multiply as she takes each of it out from the box. It may get a little messy (NOT KIDDING) but sorting and sifting of objects is a reflection of what’s going on their in their brain. So, im reminding you that no matter how big or small your activities with the little one at home, every little thing counts to help them build their fine motor skills.

Putting this here because this actually tested a lot of my patience as a mom. 😂

work efficiency
if you are employee it is often easy waste time
once you are self-employ or business man it is up to you how you manage time and effort.

There are hundreds tasks in event organizing, one of it are course maintain and marking.
Past five years I develop some skills and rules how to do efficiently and relatively fast.

COURSE MAINTAINING and WEEDING
Condition on trails are very various each year, depends on weather and seasons, typhoons, etc. I do record every working day and sections with simple notice.
This will help me next year be even more efficient and reach remote areas as eg. in The Beast Trail where there are long and difficult to supply.

MARKING
I remember every detail how to mark and recording how long and how many ribbons used in past. Some sections need mark with reflective ribbons which are quite heavy.Usually is possible mark just 15-20km per day, but there were exceptions I did 30km in rain and cold, so self care is very important.

Past years I follow rule of doing maximum till last moment to bring best and safe course, it include marking in nigh before race or even fixing marking meanwhile race (especially in Ultra Maokong where tourist removing ribbons). But I believe our participants do appreciate it.

Work Placement: Research Assistant (Education & Youth Affairs)

Responsibilities
⚫ Work with and provide support to educators, scholars and experts from various sectors in organizing seminars and conferences, and execute experimental projects related to education and youth issues;
⚫ Assist in our research project, including data collection and organization, writing and editing tasks as
assigned;
⚫ Assist in policy advocacy and liaison with government officials, academics, school management,
education or youth organizations.;

Requirements
⚫ Currently achieving Bachelor degree in Humanities, Education, Social Sciences or Arts;
⚫ High standard of written and spoken Chinese and English;
⚫ With passion for and knowledge of local education and youth affairs;
⚫ Good skills in communication, writing, analysis, organization and team work;
⚫ Self-motivated and capable of delivering quality work within tight schedule.

We offer competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
