Rosewood Hong Kong is doing this charity initiative for COVID-19 at Butterfly Patisserie by donating lunchboxes to Impact HK, a charity that provides help to the homeless and the less fortunate in Hong Kong. For every Or Noir tart sold in-shop or online, an additional lunchbox will be donated!
Not a big fan of patisserie desserts I always find them too an eye candy to be truly delicious BUT this one, I'm so glad I had it nearly all to myself! The smooth top layer contrasts with the lower crispy layer with tad bit burst of slightly sour taste with should be orange flavour but it gives a complex taste to the chocolate. Then it gets to the middle a little hiding raspberry in the dome! Try it!
