Despite having visited here before the name change, and also their ancestral 百樂潮州 Pak Loh over many years. It was surprising how great this Oyster Omelette was. Super Plump with the oysters, the eggs fried to an aromatic state, dipped into Chiu Chow fish sauce.
Usually this recipe can be categorized into Fujian 福建, Chiu Chow 潮州, Taiwan 台灣潮州, Taiwan 台灣福建 #蚵仔煎 , Singaporean versions, etc. Micro differences, since people were migrating after WWII around the areas. But this one above was super convincing 😍
