Kek Keju Kukus Pelangi

Bahan-bahan (Kek)

5 biji telur

1 sb ovalet

1 cwn gula

1 sb esen vanila

2 cwn tepung gandum

1 sk serbuk penaik

1 sk soda bikarbonat

1/2 cwn minyak jagung


Bahan-bahan (Topping)

250 gm krim keju

1/2 cwn  krim putar

1/3 cwn susu segar

pewarna makanan merah jambu

pewarna makanan ungu

pewarna makanan biru muda

pewarna makanan kuning


Cara memasak

1. Kek: Pukul telur, gula, ovalet dan esen vanila sehingga kembang dan warna betukar kuning pucat.

2. Kemudian, ayakkan tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat, dan serbuk penaik ke dalam.

3. Kacau rata menggunakan teknik kaup balik.

4. Kemudian, tuangkan minyak jagung dan kacau sehingga sebati.

5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan kukus selama 30-45 minit.

6. Keluarkan kek dari acuan dan biarkan sejuk seketika di atas cooling rack.

7. Kemudian, potong kek kepada beberapa lapisan nipis dan letakkan kek ke dalam bekas kek.

8. Topping: Pukul krim keju dan krim putar sehingga kembang.

9. Kemudian, masukkan susu segar .

10. Pukul sehingga sebati dan bahagikan kepada 4 bahagian.

11. Warnakan setiap satu dengan pewarna makanan merah jambu, ungu, biru muda dan kuning.

12. Lapiskan kek kemudian topping keju. Ulang step sehingga terhasil 3 lapisan.

13. Letakkan serba sedikit topping berlain warna dan lorekkan corak dengan menggunakan lidi.

14. Kek keju kukus pelangi siap untuk dihidangkan.

Many people must be tempting when they see this viral steamed rainbow cheese cake, right? The beautiful pastel colors on this cake will make you feel unwilling to eat it because it too pretty to eat. But, you will never resist, due to its taste that really sweet and creamy. Yummy!

Steamed Rainbow Cheese Cake


Ingredients (Cake)

5 nos eggs

1 tbsp of ovalette

1 cup of sugar

1 tbsp of vanilla essence

2 cup of wheat flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of soda bicarbonate

1/2 cup of corn oil


Ingredients (Topping)

250 gm cream cheese

1/2 cup of whipping cream

1/3 cup of fresh milk

pink food coloring

purple food coloring

light blue food coloring

yellow food coloring


Cooking methods

1. Cake: Beat eggs, sugar, ovalette and vanilla essence until fluffy and turning yellow pale.

2. Then, sieve wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder into.

3. Mix well using folding technique.

4. Next, pour in corn oil and mix until well combine.

5. Pour the batter into cake mold and steam for 30-45 minutes.

6. Remove the cake from the mold and let them cool down at cooling rack.

7. Slice cake into thin layers and put the sliced cake into cake container.

8. Topping: Beat cream cheese and whipping cream until fluffy.

9. Then, add in fresh milk.

10. Beat until well combine and divide into 4 portion.

11. Color each portion with pink, purple, light blue and yellow food coloring.

12. Layer cake then cheese topping. Repeat steps until forming 3 layers.

13. Then, put each toppings and create the swirls by using toothpick.

14. Steamed rainbow cheese cake now ready to be serve.

可愛いカボチャに仕上げるポイントは

パステルカラーの折り紙作ること。

さらに可愛く仕上げるコツは顔の描き方です。

中心よりやや下のほうに目や口を書くことで可愛らしい顔になるんですよ。

ねじねじスティックも折り紙でつくります。

最後にリボンや毛糸などでスティックにリボンをつければめっちゃ可愛く仕上がりますよ♪

【材料】
●折り紙　：水色、ピンク、薄い黄　（１５cm×１５cmの１/4サイズ）
　　　　　スティック用の折り紙（お好きな色）　１５cm×１５cmの１/4サイズ

●リボンや毛糸　

【道具】
●マジック　黒
　　　　　ピンク（ほっぺ用】※色鉛筆などでも良いです。

●セロテープ　

【作り方】
①かぼちゃを折ります。
②顔を書きます。
③スティックを作ります。
④顔とスティックをセロテープで合体させます。
⑤リボンを付けます。
