1. Transvaginal Scan & Abdominal Ultrasound (Wife).
2. Semen Analysis (Husband).

4. Review of couple’s fertility related medical history.
5. Pelvic floor examination.

*TCM Complimentary Consultation is available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 2-6pm, on pre-appointment basis only and subject to availability.

**Tag-on rate**
(request and pay during the date of screening):
• Hormone Blood Test (FSH, LH, E2, P4, PRL): RM30 each
• AMH Blood Test: RM200

**Terms and Conditions**
• Valid on Monday to Thursday only, from 1.00pm to 4.00pm.
• Booking is required and subject to availability.
• Rescheduling must be made at least 2 days prior to original booking and subject to availability.
• Applicable to new patient only.
• This package in applicable for participating fertility specialists only.
• All tests except tag-on must be completed within the same visit.
