This caged-unpaid-freedom is getting boring not to mention the insignificant hypocrites who are far worse than any pandemic virus combined.
Honestly, I don’t blame Corona virus but damn! She’s a crowned bitch! who suddenly created a sudden nirvana where starvation collides with struggling flames of lust for life. C, I salut you! But in the end of the day, this little inevitably act of nature, don’t think it was approved by our mother nature though but surely caused by some jealous little bitch life form who want to conquer little planet earth.
However, I love this retro* social distance act (*see Spanish flu) it helps me erasing those who mean nothing in my life. And I LOVEEE this “New idiot, oh sorry, new normal” era. How thoughtful of you lot! Wow!
However, it’s time for me to do something to be able to survive for my body and especially for my dying soul and passion. As one of a singer/song-writer/performer in a country mentality stuck in 1920s (how classy! Not! 555)
This evening, for the first time in my life that I will make another dream come true by busking the streets of Charoen Nakorn with a mic and a boom box. If that against the law arrest me! Take everything, take my dignity and pride but don’t you dare take my Chanel watch! Coz that’s my last asset in this ma material world we have to live in.
Come support a struggling artist, but don’t come too close, yes keep your distance at all times. Duh!

介紹的是台灣的流行音樂, 最暢銷的國語唱片, 得過最多金曲獎的男女歌手, 還有最喜歡的女性原住民歌手. 這主題的靈感來自駐紐約的好朋友, 台灣鋼琴家黃新易以及他每日所分享的#quarantinemusic. 除了分享他居家隔離的音樂生活之外, 他還特地為我們彈了一首西班牙作曲家Albeniz的作品: 探戈, 希望帶給大家遠離疫情遠洋過海度假的感覺! 他也把這首獻給所有一線的醫護人員, 希望他們好好保重! ❤️ Today's episode of Taiwan Insider is perhaps our most uplifting show yet! It's called Quarantine Music because the whole show is packed with fun facts about Taiwanese music -- everything from top selling Mandopop record, to which singers have one the most Golden Melodies (Taiwan's Grammys). We also interview my friend Hsin-I Huang, a 6-time performer at Carnegie Hall. He's currently sheltering in place in his apartment in New York City. He tells us why he's been sharing his music on-line with the hashtag #quarantinemusic and he dedicates a piece by Spanish composer Albeniz to all of the medical workers on the front line. His hope is that all of us can be transported by his music to the beautiful vistas of Spain. <3

將要碰壁的一刻，你要做一個決定，換一個立場，還是轉身逃跑？Songs for a New World 以歌曲捕捉這一瞬間，探討生命、愛和抉擇，屬於今天的故事和人物，再以音樂開展新世界。作曲及填詞Jason Robert Brown將觀眾由1492年西班牙船艦的甲板上，帶到紐約第五大道，遇上立志用籃球脫貧的年輕男子，再見證終日幻想能嫁個有錢人的女子，終於如願以償卻發現沒靈魂的一段婚姻。Songs for a New World 是個組曲音樂劇 (Song Cycle)，17首歌曲蘊含著17個故事。自1995年於外百老匯首演後，已經於全球上演數百場。

It's about one moment. It's about hitting the wall and having to make a choice, or take a stand, or turn around and go back. These are the stories and characters of today, the Songs For A New World. This moving collection of powerful songs examines life, love and the choices we make. Brown transports his audience from the deck of a 1492 Spanish sailing ship to a ledge 57 stories above Fifth Avenue to meet a startling array of characters ranging from a young man who has determined that basket-ball is his ticket out of the ghetto to a woman whose dream of marrying rich nabs her the man of her dreams and a soulless marriage. Songs for a New World, a theatrical song cycle, which played Off-Broadway in 1995, and has since been seen in hundreds of productions around the world.
