プジョー・307（-サンマルナナ、Peugeot 307）は、フランスの自動車メーカー、プジョーが生産していた乗用車である。
日本でプジョー車がヒットする基盤を築いた306の後継であるが、安全性の追求によるボディの大型化により全く異なる車種という印象が強い。ファミリー向けの車種として、プジョーの新たな顧客層の開拓に貢献している。ボディタイプはハッチバックの307フェリーヌ、3列7人乗りミニバンの307SW、クーペカブリオレ（電動格納屋根のオープンカー）の307CCがある。
エンジンは1.6Lと2.0Lが用意されるが、CCは2.0Lのみとなる。なお、CCにはチューンアップした2.0Lエンジンを搭載したSportというグレードが存在し、マニュアル設定のみであるが、ハンドルが左右選べる設定となっている。SWには日産・ラフェスタのようなパノラミックガラスルーフ（実際は、日産がプジョーのガラスルーフに追随した）が装備されており、2列目以降のシートは1席単位で取り外しが可能である。以前ラインナップされていた307ブレークはSWと同じボディであるが、こちらは2列5人乗りのステーションワゴンでパノラミックガラスルーフの設定がない。
モータースポーツにおいては2004年のWRCより、これまでの206WRCから307CCをベースとしたWRカー・307WRCにスイッチした。307WRCは時折早さを見せるものの、多発するギヤボックスのトラブル、またボディの大型化により時としてカスタマー・スペック車の206WRCの後塵を浴びるほど不振を極め、2005年シーズンを最後にワークスとしてのWRC撤退を表明した。ちなみに、2005年度のワークスマシンを元としたカスタマー・スペック車が、2006年プライベートチームからエントリーしていた。

I switched to WR car / 307WRC based on 307CC from 206WRC conventional than WRC of 2004 in the motor sports. Was full of dullness so that the trouble of the gearbox which occurred frequently although 307WRC occasionally showed the speed occasionally bathed in dust stirred up by those in front of 206WRC of the customer specifications car by upsizing of the body again and expressed WRC withdrawal as the works last by a season in 2005. By the way, the customer specifications car which assumed a works machine of 2005 the cause did an entry from the private team in 2006.
