材料:
蝦 6隻,牛扒 250g,薯仔 1把,洋蔥 1把,鹽,胡椒粉,味醂,牛油 ,橄欖油,辣椒醬,水牛芝士,番茜
做法:
1. 將蝦和牛扒用鹽,胡椒粉,味醂調味,醃10分鐘
2. 在平底鑊的一邊,加入牛油,薯仔,鹽,胡椒粉,橄欖油,煎薯仔
3. 在平底鑊的另一邊,加入牛油,煎蝦
4. 薯仔半熟時加入洋蔥,拌炒
5. 在平底鑊加入橄欖油,煎牛扒粒,加入味醂,反轉牛扒後加入牛油,煮至理想熟度
6. 在容器上加入薯仔洋蔥,牛扒粒,蝦仁,加上辣椒醬,水牛芝士,番茜

※ INGREDIENTS:
250g Steak (Blade or Sirloin), 6 White Leg Shrimp, 1 handful Potato, 1handful Onion, Mozzarella Cheese, Pickle, Garlic Baguette, 2piece butter, parsley powder
※ PREPARATION:
1. Season 250g steak (Blade cut or sirloin) and 6 white leg shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. Add first round of mirin
3. Melt the butter to heated pan and add 1 handful skin attached potato, and season with salt and pepper. Add little bit of olive oil and cook it until brown. Add 1 piece butter to side of pan and cook marinated shrimp and 1 handful onion.
4. Add olive oil to heated pan and cook cubed steak with mirin. Add butter.
5. Place cooked onion, potato, steak and shrimp. Drizzle chili sauce.
6. Add melted mozzarella cheese and finish off with parsley powder.
7. Enjoy it with pineapple, pickle (or jalapeños), garlic baguette and skewed shrimp.
