When i was pregnant, i had received comments that i should give away my cats bcos it'll give my baby asthma. although, giving my cats away was never an option, a part of me was always worried about our decision. Layla did not interact much with the cats before she turn 4m old, after that, we allowed them to interact as much as they like. And since Layla started crawling, theres really no stopping her.

The instant friendship that was formed between Pito and Layla was just amazing. Pito, my almost 3 yo that i picked up from Capitol Threatre almost 3 years ago, is always a little gila, she's got such a playful and childlike character. we were worried that bcos of that she'll accidentally hurt Layla. turns out we were both so wrong! she's ever so patient and sweet to Layla, always protecting her when we aren't watching, always enticing Layla to crawl and walk, and always there to wish Layla good morning! Even though she's shitting her pants when Layla screams excitedly and crawls so quickly towards her, she tries her best to stay calm and have so much trust in us that we will manage Layla, she'd lie down so that Layla can pat her or hug her.

Moments like this just reassures us that our decision to adopt a stray and continue keeping them, is definitely the right thing to do. whenever we bring Layla out, she's always waving eagerly to other animals. i think its bcos of the furry friends she has at home that teaches her empathy towards other animals.

All of us are so lucky to have somehow find a way to one another. My family of 3+2 ❤

Pito turned 2 four days ago! As a yearly tradition, we baked them a tuna cake! Yes, them. When 1 celebrates a birthday, the other one gets a cake too, albeit a smaller one.

To be honest, I've been feeling really guilty towards this 2 (Jups & Pito). Since i came back from hospital, I haven't been able to given them as much attention as i used to. As I'm still recovering from my c-sect, i can't squat up and down which already makes sayang-ing them hard. On top of that i also can't keep washing my hands as I'm still in confinement. Thank you @deon.woo for stepping up during this period. I can't wait to make them feel loved by me again!

But a birthday is still a birthday. We celebrate Pito's birthday because we are thankful for her existance. And nothing will make her happier than a big tuna cake with half a dried sardine on top!

Time flies, it's been 2 years since you've joined our family. You were a palm size when you first came. Scrawny and fleas infested. Look at you now, you're bigger than Jups, and tummy almost touching the floor already! Haha!

We love all of you! Layla loves you too, Pito. She just doesn't know it yet. ❤

How many shots does it take to have picture perfect with your pets? Apparently never! Can't believe after bursting a series of photos, we didnt even get 1 decent shot with Jups and Pito! Hahahah!

But still, I'm glad we have this photos for keepsake while #babyWooLaLa is still in the tummy. Hopefully in the future, there'll be one where we are carrying all 3 of them. How? I don't know. Maybe @deon.woo will have to carry the 2 cats, or I'll have to wait for #babyWooLaLa to be big enough to carry one of them.

With all 4 females in the house, @deon.woo is gonna be our only man. Totally outnumbered by all of us female warriors! Haha! It's so exciting as we inch nearer and nearer to my due date! So much excitement, anticipation, also fear, uncertainty and unknown. With the help of meditation though, I've learnt to take things one step as a time. Because nothing is within our control, thus theres no point in being anxious or trying to expect what might happen. The pregnancy is great, and I'm enjoying all the time i have with my husband now.
